Went there today and I ordered a Cobb salad along with a kids meal and chicken finger plate. I was asked to pull up to the side for my food . I’m assuming because they were busy . I slightly checked my food before leaving and everything seemed correct . I made it home and they forgot my damn dressing for my salad . I was upset so I called the store and I was told to come back . I am livid . How you forget to put dressing in the bag for a salad like come on !!!!
My mom brings me food from here all the time. Would not recommend. Staff is rude and food gives me food poisoning EVERY TIME. Cook your chicken right, and I will consider changing my review. If 0/5 was an option, I would do that. This place is horrible.
The absolute worst Zaxby's I went here a few weeks ago they try to act like Chick-fil-A with taking orders at the window but their service is nowhere near Chick-fil-A's Chick-fil-A still values their customers the district manager argue with me and we refused to take my order because I did not see the girl try to take my order although this is a new process for Zaxby's I explained it to him I just had surgery she still refused to take my order and wanted me to go all the way back in the line although I was first on top of that I gave today another go one more chance, I place my order and got to the window and wanted to add one other item to give the fried pickles a try since they unfortunately no longer sale the fried mushrooms the girl told me that they cannot take add-ons at the window. This is the worst Zaxby's and change they could have ever made instead of improving and being like Chick-fil-A which I will definitely be taking all of our money too because they know how to treat their customers and not just trying to get you through a transaction. Sometime change is good and sometimes change is not the changes that this recent Zaxby's has made has been horrible in terms of customer service they really need to take another look at how they handle their customers it's ridiculous that you can't even get an add-on at the window totally horrible service!!
Not very friendly.. had to wait a long long time and there was only one person ahead of me someone came in behind two of us and got her order hot and didn't have to wait long at all I guess because she work there because she didn't have to pay. Lost count of how many cars went through the drive-thru and got their orders way ahead of me and they weren't in line when I pulled up. however the food was absolutely delicious

Delicious and juicy chicken. Flavorful, and reasonably priced. This specific location has never given me any issues. The staff is friendly and the line moves fast.
Food and service were amazing. The manager was very nice and spoke with us about our travels.
Open the dining room!!! Not everyone is in a car. Some of us drive stuff that doesn't fit in a drive through

The food was good. The service was ok. Their drink machine in the dining room was not putting any syrup with the carbonated water so it was horrible. I had to get a refill from their drive thru drink machine. I would have given 5 stars but it was inconvenient.
