I wanted to take a second and talk about my experience at this location.Me and my friends come to grab dinner right at 8:00, not realizing that the dining room was closing up. The staff made no mention of it and went out of their way to get things back in order for us to eat. They unlocked doors to the patio, cut back on lights, and never stopped serving us with a smile.Even when we realized that we stumbled into them starting to close up for the night and began apologizing, they simply waved it off and said that it was fine and that if we needed anything at all to please let them know.Quite obviously the service was beyond excellent and the food was solid too. 10/10 above and beyond great job to the crew here.
Started off the first 2x no problems. At least the last 4x its something. Went there today for lunch and now I know why I stopped coming here. Food was ok and just that. They left my toast off went back to get it along with more fries cause they were almost burnt the managers comes back with my toast and more fries and informed me that they weigh them I told her that's fine but these here are burnt and I didn't even receive my toast. A lil to expensive for just ok food during lunch.
This place was trassshhhhhhh and the customer service was awful and sarcastic

Food was great and the staff was friendly. My only complaint was the sauce. After eating it for a while it became too much. A honey mustard is probably what I would get in the future.The chicken pieces were bigger than everyone else's except maybe Canes.
Delicious, hot food and quick service! Tierney took my order — she was super friendly and courteous! I’ll definitely go back again based on how efficient and kind she was. Happily surprised that my food was still hot once I got home!
Pros: I’ll start with the good. The chicken is cooked to perfection. Perfectly tender and juicy. Its a nice size. Fries are very well made.Cons: I assumed since the menu had Wingfingers and chicken fingers on the menu, they’d be two different things. I ordered Wingfingers with Buffalo sauce and they looked nothing like the website. The “Wingfingers” looked like regular chicken fingers and they weren’t even tossed in the sauce. It looked like the employee just tossed it on top and kept it moving.The toast tasted okay.Considering the competition, you could get MORE of the same quality of chicken at other competitive chains such as Raising Canes and Zaxbys. Foosacklys would be a dip in small dip in quality for half the price of Wingfingers.
If you are a fan of Baumhowers, you will be a fan of Wingfingers. Owned by the same group- Wingfingers seems to be a spin-off of BH, highlighting their wingfinger bowls.. which is not a bad thing at all!This location is in an old Hardees. When you walk in, its pretty evident. No frills, basic "fast food" type place. The service was what you would expect from a fast food type place in Mobile.... which isn't the most exciting or friendly thing in the world, but it gets the job done, I suppose.The wifey and I both got a bowl. They were good... but not outrageously good. The chicken fingers were cooked well, the fries were a bit mushy. All in all, not bad. I would eat it again. However, if you are looking for something light.. this is not it! We were both stuffed for the rest of the day!All in all, a good place to check out. Give it a whirl!
Save your money and take it to any other chicken fast food restaurant. Rude employees and food tasting like it came from a truck stop. Hopefully other locations are better than the Mobile Al. Very disappointing.
Tried Wingfingers for the first time Sunday, December 5, 2021. Very attractive outside dining for a fast-food restaurant. Walked right in and placed my to-go order for combo #2, 3 fingers, Gooey fries (which are an up-charge from the regular fries that come with the combo) and a self-serve drink. . Gooey Fries are covered with melted cheese and bacon bits and are very tasty! The fingers were really flavorful and crispy. The lady who took my order was so nice explaining the menu items I had questions about. Five stars for her! My receipt said her name was Ben. I'm sure I'll be back.
