Sat for 30 minutes to get food. They hand drinks to us. We sit at windows for almost 15 more minutes then the cash opens window asking what we had. Our food was sitting there while we watch the cashier and another employee flirting and cutting up inside. The manager who was right there while all this happened handed us our food.
My husband and I went to the drive thru this past Sunday. It was 93° outside before the heat index. We ordered two meals, both large with sweet tea. But what we were given was a large and a medium. Both UNsweet. The fries were no where near full and were barely warm. My honey bbq chicken strip sandwich was cold. And they didn't bother to inform us that they had NO ICE for the drinks. Worst experience I've ever had at Whataburger.
Man I have to say what I turn around this has been burgers was fresh tasty service was outstanding I did not catch the young man working the front counters name very polite friendly even the employee named Kenneth spoke from the back great job great job great job
My mom and I stopped here to get 2 drinks, order of fries and two Dr. Pepper shakes. It took 21 mins to get our shakes. Once we got them they tasted foamy. I went back inside and ask for them to make use new ones or a refund. The manager was busy but once she was able to come to do our new or refund her exact words was “it’s not our fault it’s the machine bc it’s not cold enough so I don’t know what you want us to do” she said this with such an ugly attitude. Then proceeded to do my refund and you could tell she was so mad. If you know the machine isn’t cold enough to make the shake then why serve it until it’s ready?!?
Stopped for a quick bite after graduation ceremony in mobile, we were about car #5 in the drive thru line, after waiting about 10 minutes to get to the order window we waited another 35 minutes for our food that was mediocre at best, cost $22 for the 2 of us. I will never go there again.
Pulled up to the drive through window at 4 am..Dude gets on the mic laughing an giggling...So I proceed to order..He cuts me off mid order,talking bout can I speak up he can't hear me..Keep in mind I have a clear speaking voice,it's 4 am In the morning an not a car on the road..I've worked at many fast food jobs,it's not hard to hear through the Mike's Mike's dude..So I raise my voice to order,then the manager gunna catch an attitude..My dude it's 4 am in the morning an yall bieng extra,cause yall playing to the point yall can't hear the only person in the drivethru
My go to fast food place. Not just because they are the only 24hr fast food place on the side of town I work but has the best "Fast Food" burgers. However while it's considered "Fast Food" be prepared to wait to get your food.
The slowest service ever! 35 minutes in line!! Never again!
Love the food here but sad the Mushroom Swiss Burger is no longer available. The staff is always super friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately the app is wonky and often times does not allow you to complete and order. On several occasions both my husband and I have ordered and waited for about 20 minutes for our curbside order that was ordered 15 minutes before we arrived. On two occasions I’ve had to call the store to get someone to bring out my food even though I checked in on the app. They are always quick to bring it out after I call and are very apologetic. I know they’ve been short handed many times I’ve been there so hopefully this is something that will be corrected once they are fully staffed again. And please bring back the Mushroom Swiss Burger
There's some kind of problem here. I used to live in Texas and have been to a lot of Whataburgers and never had this experience. Just moved here after not living in Texas or near a Whataburger for several years and was so I was excited to get my first Whataburger in a long time. The food was good, although the fries didn't seem as good as usual. The main issue, however, is their drive thru wait time. 20 minutes. I was behind about 4 cars. When I got to the window and asked if they had some kind of problem the girl just said they were very busy. Yeah they did have two lines going at the drive-thru but still this is a fast food restaurant, isn't it? Waiting 5 minutes per car doesn't seem reasonable. Also, not a single napkin in the bag.
