Absolutely rude! Ruined my whole day even… Started out with decent service at the speaker box, arriving at the window the cashier sounded very dissatisfied to serve me. They didn’t know who’s order was who’s and rolled their eyes when I corrected them on which order was mine. This ruined my entire relationship with whataburger, I have anxiety even driving past this establishment anymore!
Placed an order for curbside pick up and waited 15 minutes. Had to call the store to see where the food was and because it was raining they said they wouldn’t bring it out to the curb side and said I can either go through the drive-through or walk in and pick it up. Had I not called them I would’ve been sitting out here for who knows how long and I am nine months pregnant. Ended up walking in and getting it as it wasn’t raining hard. I am very disappointed. Why would they not call to let me know this?
had us waiting over 45 minutes for them our food away to the wrong people then had my sandwich and fries i do not recommend going there especially if they are packed inside and outside
Always love going to Whataburger. The onions are a bit strong so if you're on a date, don't get the onions! Be Blessed!
Been waiting in the drive through line for 45 min on a lunch break. Super not happy. Can't exit the line either because there are people in front and behind me
It's all good! My X and I used to frequent the Schillenger Rd location. It was always a treat and as good as my first "W!" My first job at 16 in High School, that's when I learned you could have your onions grilled for your Burger! Little paper hat and hair net and Apron, WOW seems like 100 years ago!
This is such a good burger restaurant. I like freshly cooked burgers and they do such good burgers here. I like the very fresh good tomatoes they add to their burgers. The regular burgers are big so I often get a smaller junior burger to eat it all. The staff is nice and good for dine in or take out or drive through.
Ordered in the drive thru got food pulled up as always checked my food. Well of course I thought they gave me someone else food went inside another waste of time. They had to remake my sandwich handed it to me I'm still waiting the girl said what's wrong showed her my receipt and had to ask where is my ff.
Great service, fresh food…takes a minute, but definitely worth it! Also they gave me a nice bag for my large order, not one that’s gonna rip.
No multitasking abilities. Waited in line for 20+ mins, the line in front of us disappeared, and had to wait forever to order. Line behind us got very long.Fast food is so very slow. Just go to Waffle House.
