Arrived at about 4:30 am in the drive through line and was told the system was down and it would take 10 minutes. I sat at the speaker and asked about 6 minutes later would someone let me know when it would be up. There was no response. I pulled around and called 4 times no answer but seen this worker on her phone sitting down. Two other cars where behind me in line and didn’t order anything either. When I finally got someone on the phone I told him we were sitting here a while and he then said he believe I was calling the wrong location. I told him I was looking at him from the window and then he told someone I was there. A worker came to the window and said the system was down and I told her I called several times nobody answered and I even tried to talk through the speaker nobody said anything. Then she tried to tell me she was tied up doing things and making sandwiches and I informed her that I seen someone sitting on their phone the whole time.
Terrible customer service!And would you believe they had no salt!?Glad I did not order fries. Onion rings practically burnt.Last 3 times at Whataburger have been awful.Think I might give up on them.
They haveBAD customer service ALWAYS. Food is usually cold. There has been twice it’s actually been fresh. They never put in the sides for the kids snacks. Wait is usually 10+. I think the only reason our food was fresh today was because there seemed to be a supervisor of some sort :)
Went around 5:30pm on a Saturday. I was the only one at the drive through and ordered 4 meals. Two of those meals had specific instructions (like, no lettuce). One meal asked for added bacon. Another meal asked for an extra tender.First two meals with specific instructions: they followed our instructions but neglected to include components that come with the meal. For example, one of the sandwiches came with bacon on it and it wasn’t on the sandwich. The other meal was a kids meal that was supposed to come with a gummy pack and that was also missing.The sandwich that asked for added bacon was missing the bacon (receipt shows I was charged for it).The last meal did not come with the extra tender, even though my receipt shows I was charged for it.Furthermore, I waited 20min after ordering just to wait on my food. No employee there seemed to be bothered by this and they did not apologize for the wait.The food was mediocre at best and every meal was somehow wrong in different ways. I have no idea how this location has 4 stars. Maybe I went on a bad night.

I personally talked to the manager and gave him all this feedback and how impressed I was. NO WHERE can ever get it right. But WHATABURGER ROCKED!!!
Food was decent. The plastic bag that the food came in was exceptional. The bag even after being puked in at auburn rodeo was in the best condition of anything last night. No leakage whatsoever. 15/10 would throw up in a whataburger bag again.
I ordered online through their mobile app because I had a reward for multiple visits. It would have been for a free sandwich. I waited for 20 minutes outside and when nobody came out I went in to check on my order to find out they didn't even have it. Not much of a reward is it??
Haven't been in a while we went through the drive through.I ordered small.burger small fries. So much flavor it was gone in a second. And then regret set in . I soon wished I would of gone large it was so good left me wanting more.
Was the first person in my group to order food, 3 of us had the same order different order numbers. I never got my food unroll I went to the counter and asked where my order was was, the manager didn't have a clue. There were only 2 other people in the restraint at the time and they had been served before our group got their. The manager finally got my meal ready but I had to wait an extra 2 minutes for my fries and he didn't even apologize for the mix up.
Honestly the worst whataburger I’ve ever had. Truly didn’t know their quality could stoop this low. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this establishment.
