Typical waffle House.. that they had a very nice crew, everything was clean and the food came right on time .
Don't go here if you prefer healthy foods. I don't like or can have lots of seasoning on my foods because of health issues so I ordered grilled chicken. It comes pre-seasoned with lot's of salt and pepper. The waitress didn't mention that when I asked if it was spicy or had seasoning on it. Plus, the seats are very uncomfortable. All the available tables were filthy. Thank goodness I had cleaning wipes on me. A waitress didn't come over to wipe the table down until she saw me cleaning it.
The only good thing about this place is the service the food's okay very little of it
Literally worse waffle house I've ever been to, it's always the night time staff. Would think them being so slow at night they would jump on the Togo since they get a percentage but no.multiple times I have called and have been hung up on or no one answers after calling multiple times but pull up and not one customer in the store and they are sitting down playing on their phones. Beyond rude when speaking to you. I worked at waffle house for a few years and this would never be allowed. Will not be going back to this location as every time I have had a issue it's the same 3 people in there, after working 12+ hours a hot meal would be awesome but it's a Long ordeal every time and end up having to go in and wait because they refuse to answer the phone or just laugh and hang up.
absolutely disgusting. the waiter’s bubblegum fell out of her mouth while she was taking my gf’s order right into our cup and she had the audacity to take it out with her fingers and didn’t replace the cup!!!! the left out the grits with my meal and gave me a cold waffle with bacon that had been sitting on the griddle in the back since we walked in. the table had syrup and eggs all over it, there were flies swarming the place, and to top it all off the cooks were having a verbal fight which had to be broken up by the waitress. we left our meals as they were and asked for the ticket. when i didn’t leave a tip i was verbally abused and chased out of the store with a mop. stream my mixtape and as always, #freejarrel
They never answer the phone from 2 till 9 and Friday and Saturday but there is a guy that work 3rd shift he may be the only waiter but he is good I will only be back to this location Monday through Wednesday don’t know his name but the waiter that wear the Christmas cap keep up the good work but if y’all want a good waiter come from 9pm to 4 am I think those the hours he work one day he was only on Togo’s but nobody was in thier more than 15 minutes and he was getting them out quick 7 guys went in place a Togo order he took there’s and mine so ten people in all and never messed up once and the black cook that work with him the a great team
Just arrived to find scribbled note on door saying to go only. 4 staff members but the place is empty/dead and they will not allow you to sit and eat. I have watched people being turned away. How do you stay open when your not making money.
Best Waffle House in Mobile. Good looking waitresses, especially the one with her name on her hat. Food is always good.
Great experience great food dor so late at night
Went in to waffle house an hour ago to get a very simple to go meal, hash browns with ham and gravy and a waffle. Took over 30 minutes waiting for my to go order and when I get home no syrup for the waffle and no gravy or ham on the hashbowns. One of the simplest orders possible and it takes this location 30+ minutes and can't even get this simple order correct. Horrible service will never come to this location again
