I have been to pretty many of these establishments and always have had a pleasant time! Good, fun people! This was an EXCEPTION!!WAITPERSON+w+ww came to table asked If I ready to order or wanted something to drink. I asked 4 some hot water. I like to make my own Cappuccino. She brought it to me, I told her I would order in a little bit! Heard her tell tell other waitress, she only wants hot water for now!Never returned to me for my order, although there was eye contact.Obviously she has some. Type of problem. Oh well, I tip very well to GOOD SERVERS!!! I WAS A SERVER MYSELF FOR MANY YEARS!!
Its bad when a waitress tells you that you don't need to come in her parking lot like she owns it. Will if you have employees like that then me or my family will not be back.
Service could be improved. Some of my breakfast was not hot and left on counter too long before delivering.
Hashbrowns were perfect and the staff was stellar. Had a replacement drink two sips before my first one was empty.
Food was excellent. Coffee a bit weak and they were short staffed but still a great experience.
Great service and a all around great atmosphere.. grits are always jumpin but try their other great dishes
Food was very good and served up piping hot.Staff was friendly and very Courteous.
I was the only one in there an the waitress still couldn't put everything I ordered in the bag I don't understand I shouldn't have to look in my bag she took my order that's her job to be sure not mine
We sat for over 15 minutes; no one ever came to us or the table behind us. So we all walked out; they didn't care!!
Always friendly place with attentive wait staff and quick food delivery. Great place to get a great cup of joe.
