My order was wrong and cold. I have NEVER ordered hash browns and they were ice cold in the middle. I ordered a Texas bacon cheesesteak plate and got a patty with bacon and a slice of cold cheese not melted ?
Always fast friendly service. Great food at a good price. You can't go wrong here. Especially late night cravings.
Worker's need to be mindful that they have a open work area and the customers hear n see everything!!!
Outstanding place to eat. Centrally located off the interstate. Staff was very friendly. Order was taken right. Food was hot and delicious. Did not have to wait long for order to be prepared. Server was very attentive to our needs. Very reasonably priced a very pleasant experience.
A confortation was taking place both security Said it would be 30 min. Never knew waffle house needed security like that In Mobile. We went to another one waffle house and could not eat, it was roped off and said all 12 could not be in bldg order and go wait outside. It's 30 degrees outside only 2 went to car. The security at that one said last week no problem Senior bowl week they were told after a certain time no eating in waffle house. So far for patronizing businesses while out of town.
Stopped in after midnight on a Friday night- also the first night of Mardi Gras in mobile after two years with no parades. The place was BUSY. our server was clearly running nonstop, but was incredibly kind and gracious. Even with pain in the neck guests(yes y'all exist) she got our order made and to us in less than 20 minutes. The cooks were killing it too! Great service. Wonderful experience.
I went in to order. No one acknowledged me or even attempted to take my order. Left and went to another one on dauphin st. Total different experience. It's pretty sad when I saw them telling people that they couldn't sit in while there were tables available. But looking at the place and staff with dirty dishes on the counter...I wouldn't advice no one to spend a dime in this place. So thank yall for helping me to realize that I shouldn't eat from such an establishment.
Love the steak hash brown bowls. Just wish the cooking area was neater. Not just one location, all locations.
