I give them a ten the smoothies are good the food is good the girl at the window was dry but overall I would go back
not sure how to spell her name by niyah is extremely rude and unprofessional. she brought out smoothies that had the lid half way on and the smoothie was pouling down the sides. the wraps were made super messy and drenched in sauce, we had to ask for one of the two wraps to be remade and she laughed and told her co worker “just throw it away because he dont want it” and proceeded to laugh, make jokes, talk about us to her co workers and still took 15 minutes to remake the wrap and it was probably worst than it was made the first time. do not recommend her making any of your food here. i wasnt the only customer that had a complaint about the way their food and smoothies were made. then when the other customer left they talked bad about her infront of the other customers. so disappointed because i LOVE tropical smoothie. also this isnt my first time with this problem at this location as far as the food being messy or wrong.
Do not go here unless there is ZERO people in line. I waited for at least 15 minutes as the next car in line to order and had to leave before even getting to order. They have some much needed work to do there.

Tried this location for the first time today. Lunch rush was in full swing the girl Jasmine at the counter was super helpful and friendly. Store seemed really clean. Staff was working hard and my smoothie tasted amazing I’ll be sure to come back!
Sat in drive thru with only 2 cars in it when I pulled up couldn't pull up enough to order, waiting on the line that wasn't moving. Waited waited waited, finally I noticed I could see thru front windows employees wandering around. One with a headset was texting. Kept waiting texting. Finally she stopped texting and i saw her activate the mic and say can I help you I could hear being just near enough not to be able to order. Due to no customers getting their orders either the only 2 cars there when I got there still there.I drove off. Will never go there again. The local competitors are better anyhow. Was just closest.Will happily drive elsewhere.If you got a hour to spare waiting on texting. Go there.
Amazing customer service & very clean. The entire staff was nice but especially the guy , kinda buff with tattoos and a hat and there was a lady with tattoos as well; amazing people.
Amazinggg customer service the girl that wokrs drive through at night is sooo amazing ! Very good attitudes ,fast food, very friendly atmisohere . The girl at drivethrough deserves a raise love her ! ?
The GPS takes you down rangeline, but it's across from lowes on Halls Mill. Clean, friendly, nice ?
