Shouldn’t have kids working at night. We stopped right before closing and sat at the drive thru speaker for 15 minutes before closing. We waited and no answers to our calls. Finally decided to sit behind the last car at the window. We were told they were closed which was obvious! Told us the headset had been removed at closing time, but we’d come 10-15 before the 9:00 pm closing. Didn’t offer an apology and didn’t seem to care. Don’t feel like coming back either if that’s the way this business is run.
This is a good place to get nice smoothie drinks. I like getting a smoothie here after getting a haircut at place next door. They have lots of food items on menu but I have only gotten smoothies. The staff seems nice and price is reasonable
I don't have much to say about this place as I really only go here for smoothies and have only tried two options (Pomagranete plunge, sub strawberries with cherries or their peanut butter smoothie) but so far my experiences have all been pleasant.I have a strawberry allergy and they're more than happy to make my smoothie in their allergy safe blenders that they clean thoroughly between each use.Their smoothies are also cheaper and a lot tastier in my opinion versus places like Smoothie king that don't have a lot of flavour and can cost 10$ or more.So, I'd say they're more than worth stopping by!
I adore the manager of this location!!! I use to hate coming here now I can’t wait to see him because he’s such a vibe!! I’m a customer and also do several deliveries and always look forward to being able to pick up from this location, a lot of restaurants treat drivers badly he is a breath of fresh air!
This place always takes forever and they’ve messed up my order twice. Also my smoothie tasted terrible.
Much better experience than the other store in town. Kory is a sweetheart and keeps everyone organized!
I like their smoothies, but the food hasn't been great lately.
Bad experience at this Tropical Smoothie. Waited forever in the drive-thru, then when we get up to the window the lady asks us what we ordered. Took them another 15 minutes to bring the food to find my girlfriends sandwich to be the wrong one, dry/old chicken on my sandwich and the wrong chips.. My girlfriend goes back inside and before she could even say anything, one worker said "Your order wrong or sumthin?" No greeting, and obviously already knew the order was wrong. The people working here are the same ones wanting $15/hr.. Pathetic
They always take forever in the drive thru, I can live with that even though it’s not great. But today I drove through and waited 12+ minutes before I even got to the speaker to order my food in the drive thru, they immediately asked me to hold and I said sure. I love their food, I’ll wait. I waited for 5+ minutes just sitting at the menu waiting to order and when they do come on they inform me they’re not selling food today. I could’ve saved myself a lot of time if there was a sign near, on, or around the menu saying they’re not selling food.
We ordered a mocha madness. They put ice and coffee in a blender and served it to us because they didn't want to walk to the back to get the chocolate powder and then thought we wouldn't notice. The girls at the window are basically demanding tips. Now we usually tip but the way they handled it was wrong.
