I’m a regular customer here. Really large selection, food is always fresh and tasty, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s a great alternative to all the fast food and sit down restaurants that take a long time and are so understaffed.
My husband and I went into salad station last night about 6 o’clock, got our salads with the imitation crab meat, all in all, we spent about $26. When we get to our destination that we cannot leave once we get there because we bowl on a league. I start to eat my salad and noticed that the crab meat taste like the smell of fish, meaning it was bad. We were unable to eat our salads because of this. We had to spend more money to buy more food. The manager took forever to get back to me and told me she would have to contact the owners to figure out what to do about the situation. Not 10 minutes later I get a message from her that says she needs to see the salads. Not a problem, because we kept them in the refrigerator. I went home to get them and let her know what time I will be there because I need to get back to work. I get there and the manager is talking to the mother of someone filling out an application. This is not someone she’s doing an interview with, this person is sitting there still filling out the application. And she is sitting there talking to the mother after she saw me walk in and unpackage the salads and put them on the counter. I had to interrupt her conversation to tell her that I needed to get back to work and please come take care of this. Her computer would not find my receipt, though it was sitting there in front of her and she said "screw it, I’ll just give you cash back". She also proceeded to tell me that imitation crab meat is made from fish and that’s why it smells like fish. I am aware of how imitation crab meat is made and what it’s made from, but I am more aware of what it supposed to taste like when it’s good, and the smell of fish is not what it supposed to taste like. This is not the first time I’ve had to deal with bad food here. It is however, the first time I’ve had to deal with this level of incompetence from a manager at this location. We won’t be back.
I liked this place but it was also my 1st experience in my opinion for a salad it's a little pricey but still very good
Great salad with tons of options. It can get expensive and the large bowls lead you to get more than you expect but the ingredients are amazing

I enjoy the salads here when the employees get around to making them. I have ordered take out 4 times in the last few months. Each time when I arrive I am greeted with a blank stare, no one bothered to get the order and make it even though they confirmed it. Each time I had to wait 20 minutes or more while my salads were prepared. On each occasion I was the only person in the place so they weren’t busy with other customers. 3 of the 4 times I had to have my salads made twice
Lovely and very tasty garden fresh salads and delicious soups. Atmosphere nice and very sanitary. Really enjoyed this place.
1st time Friday around noon I went. Surprisingly not busy.not greeted just stared at, no assistance, suggestions, or recommendations offered. No run-thru of the process.However, EVERY single person that came in after was.hmmm interesting. I am not a Caucasian btw.The many topping and options were nice to see, however it would be better if someone's task would be to restock or replenish items instead of watching customers continue to scrape bottoms of soup containers and topping bins....3/12/22 about 7pm I decide to give it another try, especially with my healthy duet goals currently in place. Again, no greeting just a smirk and stare. A woman and a man who comes in shortly after me gets a "hey how are you today!" . I proceed to get my food and get to the end and need a small top lid, directed to get one at the front. There is none. The little girl rings me up 1st, goes to the back-still no top. The girl stops MOPPING WITH BARE HANDS, TO RING UP ANOTHER CUSTOMER WHO PAYS IN CASH, AND FINDS A SINGLE SMALL TOP THAT SHE TOUCHES ALL OVER AND SAYS "HERES A TOP". Not the fact that food safety is suppose to be a priority given that you have to sanitize and glove up before going to the salad bar. I look at her and say no i dont want that.Another girl says they are out and offer to saran wrap my food smh. I decline and say I'll take a bigger bowl with a lid which makes more sense. I will not be back. It's sad bc im on a board of trustees who were considering a steady contract offer with salad station but if they treat people this way and handle fresh items this way, I want no parts
Fresh vegetables and condiments. Abundent assortment of add ons, dressings, etc. A pleasant experience.
Love this place. Always good food because I get to put what I want on my salad.
