Styrofoam cups, butter arrived after we ate the bread. The service was good,the manager came by and we asked about the cups. She apologized and sent us to appetizers on the house. The food was great as usual. We've never had a bad meal here.
My husband and I decided to have an early dinner at Texas Roadhouse. We were seated within ten minutes. Our server (his name fails me)was from Key West and a student at USA. He was a very polite young man. We hadn't finished our salads and the steaks that were sizzling hot was on the table. FAST. Scrumptious.It has been years since we dined there, now we understand WHY it is ALWAYS a line. It's worth the wait people.
Texas roadhouse in Mobile. Hard to beat TRH. Food good as expected. Service waa spot on. If there was a problem they fixed it no question. Nice family atmosphere. Always enjoyable
By far the worst experience I've had at any restaurant. The best was the hostess who seated us. It was my first time eating here and will never go back. Our waitress seemed as if she wanted to be anywhere but at work. We placed our drink orders and they came promptly. We place our food order my fiance got her salad but no utensils, mind you she asked for utensils before her salad even came. We both order the catfish it took almost an hour for our food to come out after asking our waitress how long would it be. I feel like she forgot to put the order in because it took another 20 min to receive our food. It was the worst fish i have ever had. It taste like it was cooked in day old grease. We asked for a manager twice before she finally came out. We told her the issue she comped our meal, but we still paid for a drinks. I would not recommend this place to anyone not even my worst enemy. Not to mention it was our anniversary.
Waitress was lovely, polite, checked in often.Food was very good/well made. Only spent around 15 bucks, got a good bit and tasted nice. Dim but calm good atmosphere, family friendly, booths, tables, I would recommend this place to eat. Bathrooms could use cleaning. Overall cleanliness was positive. Food wait was acceptable.
By far the worst steak I have ever been served. The cooks could not distinguish between medium and well done. I asked for medium and that's what I got!!! Never again ?
A great experience. The crew friendly and helpful to each other. Making sure the customer are satisfied. They gave the PICKLE. The rolls were hot and cinnamon butter good. My Grill Pork Chop and side EXCELLENT
Absolutely worst place to eat and don’t even think about having an event there. I went there for the second time on Mother’s Day, thinking that my first experience could’ve been a slight mishap. No! Once again another horrible experience! I had to ask to be greeted by a server. My daughter didn’t get a booster nor coloring sheet after asking. My drink didn’t come UNTIL AFTER my meal arrived which I declined after noticing my steak was over cooked and there was no blue cheese crumbles all of which was requested while ordering. My daughter and I were sat by the kitchen where we had to endure the pleasure of what smelled like unclean mop water the entire time. So at least you guys could do is offer good customer service. I complained to two managers who honestly could care less, so do yourself a favor…Don’t waste you time eating here! Because obviously the only thing they could care about is the next dollar; Which obviously not handled very well being that you can’t even order a certain margarita, coke or Lemonade because they are out. Will not be back to this joke of a restaurant, there’s plenty more better places to have steaks like McGuires in Pensacola, Briquette’s, and Felix’s. Heck I would even try longhorns before coming back here…Make sure you look at ALL the reviews before choosing to eat here! That’s where I went wrong!!
Unprepared for holiday traffic. Out of half the items we tried to order. Been here 20mins with no bread. Ordered sweet tea and got brown water. The waiter is cool tho. Not his fault the restaurant is out of everything.
Slow service been waited hour for our food will not be back
