Love this place and their food. The last two times I’ve ordered, I have not received salsa. This time we were sure to ask for it, but I got a cup of hot sauce instead. I think they hate me. ?
Ordered California burrito and it's worth every penny. It was big enough to feed more than one person. It's labeled as a 14" burrito but was thicker than my fist. The staff was friendly and pleasant and had a family feel atmosphere. Will definitely be back, side note there is a small market attached as well where you can purchase ingredients for your own at home dishes!
My first time eating lunch here,,,, ABSOLUTELY fantastic service, quality. Ive recommended this restaurant to so many with not a single complaint. Authentic Mexican cuisine! Ohh and if you get seated in the beautiful booths, pay attention to the amount of craftsmanship went into the hand painted and carved bas relief scenes . Great Experience!
Always friendly and fast. Good lunch spot.I really like their rice and beans, green enchilada sauce, and their house made green hot sauce.
I have eaten here several times, both with my husband and also with different friends. The food and service are always good. We really like their salsa and street tacos. Very authentic and full of flavor. They make a nice margarita as well! I think we will try their fajitas the next time we go ;)
Came here on a whim. First time dining here and it was outstanding! Customer service was top notch. Also has a Hispanic store inside. Sweet tea was delicious. We ordered, chicken quesadilla with rice and beans, quesadilla Supreme and the carnitas dinner.By far the best carnitas in Mobile, AL. Tender and loaded with flavor. Huge portions. Beans were flavorful and smoth. Rice was cooked perfectly.I would recommend Taqueria Mexico to everyone!
I have to say overall food was great, when ordering tacos do suggest to order 2-3 since they don’t skimp on the meat like other places. Also pretty fast service as well.

My parents and I are huge fans of this place. Before the pandemic, both my mother and father would go to lunch at this magnificent local eatery with me every single Saturday. Every single item on the menu is food from heaven. Chicken tacos? Scrumptious. Taco salad? To die for. Fajitas? I'll take 2 to-go, please. The service is speedy fast, you won't even have time to finish your first margarita pitcher before your entrees come out. Their food is my comfort food, not even lying. Whenever I have a terrible day, I call in a to-go order (which is ready, again, speedy fast) and I binge watch my comfort shows. Taqueria Mexico makes Mexico feel a little bit closer, with its exceptionally authentic cuisine and atmosphere. Dine-in or to-go, this is the spot.
