We had a retirement party upstairs and the hostesses as well as the food was excellent. The steak, chicken, shrimp and all the other side items were fantastic. It's now on my list to eat there as a choice.
Great experience late on a Friday. Seated and served quickly. Food was great we had the dynamite shrimp which was hand breaded crispy and delish. I had the money Cristo sandwich which was really good too. The owner came around visiting tables and shook our hand which doesn't happen often these days. It smelled great when we walked by and we weren't disappointed.
Decent place, unsteady hours. Thought they were open until 5 pm on Sunday. Sat at the bar at 3:45 pm and were told the kitchen shut down in 10 minutes. Ordered a couple of appetizers to figure out dinner plans. We weren't the only ones confused. Several would-be customers showed up over the next 1/2 hour. Would like to try this place again if we're back in town.
We stopped in early (5:15 p.m.) on a Wednesday night before the Styx concert 1/2 block away. We asked to sit outside and were given menus. Drink and appetizer order taken about 15 minutes later, meal order not even taken until 6:00. Food not served until almost 7:00. Basically, management did not plan for a concert crowd, although how could you not, it’s been scheduled for months!! That, combined with the server just seeming “oh well, we’re busy” and our two entrees arriving 15 minutes apart assure that we won’t be back here. I even had to go inside to get a second drink, then our server asked “where did you get that wine?” Well - inside at the bar because you were too busy to check on us, dude!!
We stopped here for an early dinner after attending a local movie show. The food was excellent, and the waitress was extremely sociable. So many things on the menu looked good. My companion finished all of her food, but there was just too much for me - I left some of the fries. Time allowing, I expect to come back the next time I am in Mobile
Good not prepared the way we ordered…terrible service…staff broke out in a fight on the floor and what did they do? Turned the music up to deafening
Wow, food, service, friendly, stunning bar and restaurant. I loved this place so much. It showed the southern hospitality we hear off in the best way. I would suggest everyone go here. It’s all on a party central street which comes slice the later it gets.
Have been going to Crockmiers for YEARS. Have celebrated so many wonderful events there. The owners and staff are like family. The food is great and the Bloody Mary's are awesome. Weekend brunch is the best!
People are nice, place is very clean. First visit was great Saled chili and grilled chicken saled. Decided to go back for lunch Shepard pie was great. So we had dinner there tonigh, the French dip was to soggy and my burger was dry. Again the waiter was great.
My friends and I stopped in for lunch on Fat Tuesday, had an amazing time. The food, the drinks, and the service was incredible!! Our server Catie was the best, she was obviously very busy but still got us everything we needed quickly and shared a few laughs with us as well. We can’t wait to go back!!
