You've heard people describe things as running like a well-oiled machine? Well, that's not the case with this Subway. It took 20 minutes for them to fill my one sandwich order when they were only three people ahead of me each with one sandwich.Slowness isn't the worst thing in the world, but combined with lack of customer service or feeling like it's even important, you get a not so great experience.I recommend just making your sandwich at home or going to another Subway.
I believe this subway made changes to management because it is way better than the last time I came here. Service was great and the food was prepared quickly. Everything was spot on and I will be back again!
Great detail in making sandwiches! Also I think it’s the best one I’ve ever had from a subway! I think this is my new forever subway, no matter how far it is!
Sandwich was wonderful but not a single person was wearing a mask. It was 1/13/2022 in the middle of a COVID pandemic. Anyone making sandwiches should have to wear a mask.
Joke of a subway, the owner doesnt care about this store, the employees are horrible, and the food is not fresh. Ntm they have inconsistencies of business hours. Do not eat here. I am shocked that this place has not closed down yet. They are never busy for obvious reasons!
Do not eat here. Ordered a sandwich and I cannot explain how on gods green earth this thing was both hard on the outside and a soggy sloppy mess on the inside. 0/10 avoid this place like the plague.

The worst subway in mobile. Anytime we have ordered a sub from here the bread is never cooked all the way through, always doughy. They are constantly out of items, and never have enough employees. Therefore, we can never use their drive through. I think they would benefit with more employees and better training.
Adding to similar recent experiences, this Subway has become terrible. Two evenings ago (9/28/2021, 7:45 PM, in case owners would like to investigate who the manager was that evening), I hoped to get a sub. The only person working the line was attempting to serve a very obnoxious young man who was purposely taking forever to pick his final "ingredients." Four feet away from me, the store manager was slow-walking her bread count, and watched me stand there waiting for close to 15 minutes. She half-heartedly asked the employee emptying the trash if she'd wait on "this guy." Ultimately, I could take no more of the abuse and walked out. I won't visit this one again.
The employee working there used the same scoop for the chicken and tuna without washing it. Then did not wrap the sandwich correctly. The restaurant was messy and overall a bad experience.
