First timer. This place is a hidden gem ! So adorable & welcoming! The girl who waited on us was so friendly & bubbly. She made suggestions and we ordered those. Spot on great food ! After the food which came in large portions, she suggested desert... oh yes, we indulged- Death by chocolate cake was to die for! We will definitely be back ! Awesome all around !

The food is absolutely delicious! Great service and atmosphere! I also took some gumbo and lasagna from their freezer case home with me! Fabulous!

The place is very clean and the food was good. My opinion the decor needed updating and was very old school including the wait staff. All that has gone on in the world not sure why you would have a black face statue in your establishment? I could not get out fast enough once I noticed it. If this is the type of establishment you want to be known for then place this photo on your website so people are aware. Luckily I did not get sick from my meal. When you're black and your food is cooked by someone who is ok with this type of decor in the establishment makes you wonder if your food was spit in when being prepared. Had I noticed it sooner we would have left. Well I guess it's called the "dirty south" for a reason. Wont be stopping here again.
Stevie's Kitchen catered our wedding this month. It was absolutely delicious. Everyone is still talking about how good the food was. And the service was absolutely top notch - I can't express my appreciation to them all enough - Stevie, Paula and the rest of the crew were just awesome.
