Came in the other night July 19th and we got there around 9:30 to grab a bite bc most places was closed! There was people in the dinning room also. Me and my family was told to leave bc the dinning room was closed! When it obviously wasn’t I even took pictures of the times they closed to be able to call the next day! But no one is answering my phone after I ask for the manager I end up having to hang up! Just wished people would do there job, instead of turning customers away bc she wanted to leave early!! Sad thing is it’s the same woman who waited on me and I tipped her $15!! Never again! She has short hair and wear colorful unusual makeup. She looks to be around 19! I definitely am going to be calling the health department and chamber of commerce! They was the place looked needs the manager to get into control!
Wish I could do 0 stars. Worst place ever. 2 time within a week. You get sat and order food and drinks when they feel like coming back to your table to take your order. Was on 2 other tables of people here. They sit around and talk to each other the whole time. You order a burger and say no onion no pickle and you either only get meat or you get everything in clouding onions and pickles. I ordered a water with my milk shake and still have yet to see my water. This is stupid. Thought I’d give them a second chance. Won’t ever be back again.
Food was okay according to kids. But my order was given to me incorrectly. I ordered cheese fries and received regular fries, I went back around and was told to pull up to window. They made me wait close to 10 minutes before acknowledging me and then the drive thru young lady was pretty rude. You also have to almost come off your seat in order to reach the drive thru lady to give her your money. Once I receive the cup of cheese it was literally enough for maybe 5 fries ?. Good is okay, service needs work.
It was horrible, my burger was a little raw, and the waitress didn't get my order right. Never refilled our drinks..everyone looked lost..sat everyone just fine..extremely slow at taking orders. The crazy part was getting our shakes first lol..so backwards lol..I don't mind eating there, but next time, I'm not keeping my mouth shut. I guess it was just a bad night to go. Word to the waitresses- "pay more attention to your guests"!
The food was delicious. The service was outstanding. Restaurant was clean and we got our food quickly. And the prices were reasonable.
Second time coming in a while. First time burger was burnt not good. Thought I would give a second chance. Total mistake. This place isn't like it was before the pandemic. Burger this time patties so small and crispy. Fries not correct size. Ordered a large gave me small size fries. Had to correct her on the drink size she tried to give me a small as well. VERY DISAPPOINTING. won't be back after this.
We stopped by to pick up a snack for the girls. They had been craving milkshakes all day. We ordered two milkshakes and a small soda. There were two cars ahead of us and we waited for about 10 minutes to get to the window. When I got to the window the staff member was confused as to what I ordered but finally located it. Then the soda was the size of a kids soda even though I ordered a small. We received no napkins and the straws for the shakes were so thin the girls couldn’t even drink the shakes. Luckily they were given spoons, so it wasn’t the end of the world.
Tonight we held our Season Banquet at Steak and Shake ( May 18, 2021). Amanda, Oliarys, Mikaela, Chante, Imari, Jacobi, Alec, Jared, Blaine, Kelvi, Quentin, and Michael were the ones cooking and serving us. They did an amazing job!! The parents loved it so much that they asked to do it the same way next year. There were around 35 to 40 of us and not one person who worked there was rude or slacked.Thank you to this team for making the end of our archery season wonderful..Food is always good. Atmosphere has always been great. What makes it the best is the server named Terri! The way she is with her customers is amazing. My daughter loves her and every time we are in there she has a wonderful smile and great conversation. She makes you feel welcomed.
Went here after a bad experience at chilies we were told to sit where ever so we did. Not one person came to take our order.a group of kids cane after was sat down and waited on as soon as they sat down. Will.not be going back
I loved this steak-n-shake. Our server was extremely nice. Maybe even too nice. But she said we had good energy and gave each member of my family a protection stone. Which normally would have made me very uncomfortable but was somehow just nice. And the food was very good
