This Starbucks is awful. Everytime I go there they are out of things and they’re so slow & rude.
Worst Starbucks in Mobile. I’ve been here 5 times and the drinks all tasted watered down and I assumed maybe thats just what the drinks tasted like. WRONG. Went to another location and the drinks were AMAZING! They actually had flavor! This location made me think Starbucks was bad when it was really just THIS store
This is my favorite location, order is always great and baristas are always super nice
Good staff. Fast service, the only thing that I regret is them not having a powered Creamer. As a diabetic I would like more sugar free options as well.
Know my name and order when I drive up or walk in. Always friendly and prompt with my “cup of ambition.”

Usually I’m not a huge fan of this location (they’re always out of a bunch of items and are rude about it) but yesterday, the service was phenomenal! I believe the girl at the window was Sam and I don’t know if she’s visiting from another store or what but please keep her forever. She was super funny, witty, friendly and made me laugh more than once while I ordered my drinks. It was a great experience!
Friendly fun staff and drinks are always on point. I gave 4 stars because the line is always so long in the drive-through. That is not the fault of the business the majority of the time. However, it does make the idea of grabbing a quick coffee null and void.
No one using hair nets, long hair just dangling, store is a mess. Didn’t ask for my name for my order. Not the Starbucks experience the founder started
I only go to this location because it’s the ONLY one one on my way to work. They did ok for few months there then the staff changed. No personality at all, when they mess up your order they charge you again for the new one. Never ever had I had that happen ?
