terrible and rude service. I was told rudely to put on a mask and didn't say I wasn't going to, but then stared at by all of the staff and then the staff saw that I had cash in my hand and again was rude by saying matter of factly "and we don't take cash." I felt like these staff were brainwashed Disney Channel and Mean Girls. Definitely channeled rude, sassy, uncouth, Regina George energy. I will never support another Starbucks.
Rating the Starbucks at Marx Library the University of South Alabama: they are always pleasant, professionals, fast, and accurate. We appreciate everything they do! To customers: please be patient and considerate when placing your order. They stay busy not only with work but, with pursuing their studies as well.
It's a busy place and no drive though but did a good job
A great group of people who deliver great customer service! I had no idea this particular location was "cards only" and all I had on me was some cash in my pocket (I left my wallet in my husband's car) so the cashier, without saying anything, paid for my order! That's the sweetest thing someone has ever done for me! Thank you, Starbucks!!

Nice Library. A lot of references that can be used for research. A clean and quiet place. They have places for a single person and for group of people to study in. I highly recommend this library for students to spend more time in.
