The one good thing I will say is they actually got the order correct. My burger was so cold. Like it had been sitting out for well over too much time. Not appetizing and a waste of money.
They was slow.. I waiting their for hour & still have my order wrong...This Good Restaurant, but just them lazy workers their taken orders... Ask u 3 time & when u left the drive through talking u pull at the window & ask u what u order & the still given me the wrong order...

I have visit this store 3 times in the past 2 years, Every visit has had an issue with my order with a result of making me late returning to work. If I would receive better service by getting what I ask for, maybe my visits would not be so far apart. I have upgraded to 3 stars not because of the service but because the food was good.
I ordered 3 drinks on the app. I pulled into a stall. After 25 minutes, I pushed the button and a manager came out and asked what the order was. She went back inside and immediately came out with my drinks.
This is literally the worst Sonic in my town. They never EVER have onion rings. They never have lemonade. What type of sonic runs out of these things? They talk bad about customers on the speaker not knowing someone can hear them. They take 30+ minutes to get any food to you. The workers attitudes is gross. They aren’t out of onion rings, they are simply lazy and do not want to make them. When I go to the sonic way out of the way and ask them if they have them, they do. Should have to drive to a totally different part of town just to get good service. Someone really needs to come in and do something about this location. Lunch should be a relaxing part of your day and this location makes people so aggravated.
I ordered from the app and waited 40 minutes to get the correct order brought out.The shake I ordered was wrong twice. The third time I sent it back I showed my in-app order again to get it corrected.
This was the worst experience I've ever had at a SONIC. First they only bring out my sides and forget my burgers. Then they bring me my burgers and I get halfway home and realize they didn't give me my drinks. Horribly managed and I suggest no one come to this location.
Don't go here after 11:30PM. Man flirting with the woman and took her order. After he was finished he refused to take my husband's and I's order saying they closed at 12. It was 11:45PM.
It takes so long to get your order. Customer service is terrible. I sat in the parking slot for 30 mins for just a sonic blast and it was impossible to even talk to a person. Don’t go here. The dirty McDonald’s down the street is better
My milkshake was so watery. The lady came to the car asking about some kids instead of giving me a thick milkshake. Never in my life have I ever had a watery milkshake. I use to come to the soncis on spring hall every night around 12 am, I'm so disappointed that I have to ride home with a make believe milkshake. Then when I was ordering she didn’t size. Like how u know I want a large maybe I wanted a small. IM NEVER COMING BACK.
