Usually I got to the Sno Dash on Hillcrest and was extremely excited to know one was located on Dauphin Street. Last night, I went to the Dauphin Street location and the customer service was awful. The cashier did not greet me, smile, talk upon entering. Began to slam items when she made my order wrong and continued to have an attitude, once someone came to assist her from the back. The cashier began to explain how she heard me say one thing and I never did. The cashier began to explain how the price was different, after I paid for my specific order. I do NOT recommend the Dauphin Street location.

It's so good! The ice cream is amazing and customizable!
This place is soooo good. The girl at the counter is always nice ans makes great suggestions on what to get. I always get something different because they have lots of choices. I'll go more often this summer when the weather is a little bit hotter.
I selected the butterfinger!! It was so delicious & quickly made. Sno Dash has so many different toppings the choices or endless.
So good I built my own bowl I had cheesecake and cupcake with whipped cream so delicious highly recommended !!!
