The soft serve and the ice cream are both delicious and there are tons of different combinations you can order!
wanted a soft vanilla but they were out and made it work with blue chocolate. the place was well kept and clean. i was probably the first customer of the day as i walked in right after the clock hit 11. i love that it is attached to the poke place so you can fill your stomach and get your sweet cravings fixed at the same place! however, i feel like the customer service could definitely be better. other than that, everything else was good
Smelled so bad that my son covered his nose and asked to leave and the lady didn’t even say hello or acknowledge us when we first walked in.
Customer service was lacking seemed as though she didn’t want to be there and it was evident. I was excited about bringing my kids here but I will not be spending my money here again.
I came to this place today and I really didn't like it a all the place has Abad small, and was to dirty,was only one lady and the ice cream was really bad ,that was my experience today
My husband and I come here all the time since “Roll Me Up” ice cream parlor closed. Today, my husband and I decided to stop by. Since the start, the employee had a bad attitude. She looks like she is in her late 30s to early 40s with a nose piercing in her right nostril. I decided to get cotton candy ice cream and strawberries as the topping, instead of the fluffy cotton candy. The employee insisted that we would have to pay extra for add ons and made us feel like changing a topping was a hassle. Then, my husband created his own ice cream and she rudely corrected him when he said he wanted the vanilla ice cream instead of “vanilla base.” We left unsatisfied with the customer service and with our purchase. Since when did a topping that is listed as a topping on the menu become an added on expense? This is our last time patronizing this business.
I come here all the time and order the same snow cone each time! When I came in last week and got a snow cone it tasted like cleaning solution! I immediately called and someone by the name of Craig said I could bring it back for a new one! I don’t live close so I told him I would come back by the end of the week! I came today Sunday 11/7/2021 and a rude lady stated she didn’t see a note, I stated that Craig told me I could come back, she then said she spoke with the manager and she stated I could get the snow cone but pay extra for the topping I always get, I got my snow cone came out to my car to taste it and it was the same as last time! Taste like chemicals! I called and she stated there was nothing she could do and I’m upset for a trip once again wasted! I will not be back!

Snow cone just was not good. The ice did not have a good texture to it. It was too coarse. The syrups are not flavorful like the traditional syrups that comes out of New Orleans. A better syrup would have made the experience better. Those syrups are out there, Rouses sells them. Trust me it is hard to pass off “fake” snow cone syrup. It is hard to post the honest review because the folks were super nice who waited on me.
