Smoothie King is always good. No complaints.
So love coming here! A hard working family working here almost all hours to help serve this community. So proud of how far they have come during this difficult time to finally have a full staff again! Lovely customer service from that family and an amazing business owner. I give them a 10/10 :)

I am not sure if I have ever experienced customer service that was this bad. I go in the drive thru during business hours and the recording plays letting me know that an employee will be with me in just a minute to take my order. A girl says, "we are closed". I said, "did you all change your business hours?" She says "no, we are just tired so we are closing early because we had people call in today so there is only two people here." I then asked her for management or owner's contact info and she ignores me. I pull up to the window and she tells me they are closed and to get out of the drive thru or she will call the police. I told her that was fine. I just need the contact information for management and she tells me. "I ain't giving you that." I said okay, "I will get the information from public records. What is your first name?" She tells me, "ain't giving you that either." Another employee comes to the window and says "Hey, I know you! You come up here yesterday?" I said, "No, that wasn't me." She said, "oh, like the other day?" I said, "no, but I am a regular customer." and she walks off. I then stay in my car while I am looking up the owner's information on Secretary of State and a total of 3 employees and what seems to be one of their young children, all leave and lock the store 25 minutes later.
Just terrible service, I ordered in the drive through & they got my order wrong. So I went inside to tell them how they forgot to add chocolate to one of my orders, Spent almost 40 bucks on 4 smoothies. Anyway, They used the same one that I brought inside. My smoothie was so watery & disgusting. So after running errands I went back to inform them how nasty my smoothie was. I asked to speak with the "so called" manager. She said she was the manager. Ok, but was very rude & disrespectful. She did absolutely nothing to make it right. Also, she allowed another worker to be very disrespectful as well. The Point to this is if they can't appreciate your business, dont go to them. Let it go under. I've been going to this location for years & NEVER was treated like this. I wouldn't waste my money here at this location.
I ordered for delivery at 1:01 and they’re est delivery was 1:42 and I only live 8 min away well it’s been over 30 minutes past what their estimated delivery was and I just learned they gave it to the wrong address, your employees need to get their act together and learn how to look at a gps and an address.
very good smoothie every time and Staff is nice I am once a week customer. Some comments here I think involved past employees I have been going here a year and nothing but good things to report now!
Shows they are open for business on weekends, when visiting during open hours posted on google, they were closed. If hours were adjusted, it would be nice to know before wasting time to drive there.

1/10 experience. i made an order on the phone today and the lady sounded like she was annoyed about it. one of the cups had a crack in it so it spelled on my shirt and in my car. i called them on the phone and they were giggling about the issue and whenever i drove back to pick up a replacement they were laughing back and forth about it when i walked in for the replacement and to top that i didn’t even get an apology. Lalah was one of the employees, the manager may be able to identify the other girl as this was all i done on August 1st.
