90% of the items on menu contain shellfish. Asked if they would substitute crabmeat off an item for ANY fish of THEIR choice due to a shellfish allergy. They refused. Didnt offer any alternatives or other suggestions....just 'no, we cant do that'. Have been to Rock nRoll sushi in Gulf Breeze and while they did honor my request, the overall service was atrocious. I'll never, ever go to ANY rock n roll sushi again. Overall customer service is worst in the food service industry.
Typically I’m overtly happy with RNRS but tonight was sub par at best. Order was 100% wrong across the board. Literally nothing was right. The Tea was Syrup and watered down. The whole order was cold to the touch, one set of Chopsticks, one set of Utensils for two orders. One straw for two cups. Sushi was slopped around in the styrofoam tote and ruined upon arrival. Order took over an hr to arrive after driver remained lost having to call three times to drive from Airport and 65 to Airport and Dauphin street.
Delicious and flavorful sushi. Most of the rolls are cooked and not raw. Roll portions are puny. Two things to keep in mind.
I went alone... The server was kind friendly and accommodating... The wontons fried rice and thriller roll was served fresh and hot.
Never had a bad experience at rock n roll until I came here! The staff is so rude! They have no knowledge of the menu items and are very unkind! DO NOT DINE AT THIS LOCATION!
Terrible customer service ! Literally seems like the hire staff and don’t train them on the menu. Workers have no customer services skills or common decency and respect! Terrible place don’t eat there. Staff is rude and lacking knowledge
If I could give this place a 0 I would. The food quality and overall experience at this establishment was awful enough to never come back. I ordered quite a few things and needed extra sauce to make it edible, not only did my server not tell me that the sauce was extra, BUT she charged me for it and refused to take it off. She told me that wether or not a ate it, she had to charge because she brought it to the table.
The food was amazing!!! It tasted great, it was the right temperature when it arrived, and it was the correct item I requested. My family and I went out to celebrate my birthday recently and this was my requested place to eat. It was after dark and to be completely honest, besides getting drive-thru occasionally and seldom getting something like take-out; I've been very hesitant to go out to eat anywhere in the restaurant bc of Covid and I'm also very susceptible to getting extremely sick if I do get it being immunocompromissed by having MS. But since I'm now completely vaxed I figured it wouldn't hurt to eat outside the restaurant. So that is indeed what we did. It was a very comfortable environment to eat and chat and visit with the fan. Now it was nice and quiet for the beginning of it but as it got a lil later more and more people started to come and gather near the entrance or patio area where we were seated. But other than a couple of rowdy and destructive kids over at the Walgreens across the parking lot trying to destroy a shopping cart, it was a really nice outing. We each had an appetizers to enjoy amongst us and share, which was nice and also arrived correct. I would definitely love to come back again soon!!!
Sushi is good, but it's appetizer size. There is no value for the money. With the tip, it was $37 for two. I hate feeling ripped off and still hungry. And I didn't see any Rock and Roll band in there!? ?
The atmosphere is like, absolutely awesome.Only problem is that they ain't got drumsticks for chopsticks. The sushi is good though.
