Stayed here last night before going on a cruise later today. I chose this location mainly for its proximity to the cruise terminal. You are within a short walking distance of it so it was perfect. The room was awesome. I stayed on the 17th floor with a river view. The bed was very comfortable. I ate at the restaurant downstairs and it was good. Had drinks at the bar and the service was great. I will definitely stay here again.

Mobile is an incredible city. 1) Get a large corner room facing southwest, (looking across the south bay) 2) @Sunset/night go to the 28th-floor lounge - knock on the door and greet Quintan the best bartender in the south 3) mornings walk 3-4 blocks west, past the town park and visit: Mo’Bay Beignet Co. https://www.facebook.com/mobaybeignetco

I was traveled to Mobile for a close friend's daughter graduation from USA. This hotel was amazing! The room I had was very nice; and the river view was nothing special but nice as well. King bed was very comfortable. I could actually see the cruise ships from my window at the port. Breakfast was pretty good and the staff throughout the hotel was very nice. I will definitely stay here again!

I really enjoyed my stay here. Check in was really easy and the staff was so pleasant. We got up to our room which was really clean and had plenty of towels. Toiletries were aveda which was awesome. The noise level was nonexistent so we slept well. My only complaint was while we had plenty of towels- washcloths were an issue. I asked for more and they still didnt want to cough them up. I dont mind reusing towels but washcloths are a no no. The one absolute positive that made the trip was the staff in the hotel and convention center. No matter who or where you saw them, they smiled and spoke. They are all wonderful and we did not meet a single staff member who was rude. This place seems to be doing a little work which is needed to stay current but I would go back just cause they are all so nice.

Great hotel! Rooms are nice and food is good. Have stayed here twice for business travel. Highly recommend dining in the restaurants at the hotel and not ordering it to go. Dining in the food looks amazing plated, ordering to go it looks like they just throw it into a thin cardboard box.The hotel bar is very cozy and the bar tenders are extremely friendly.Would recommend this hotel and try to stay on a higher floor with the waterside view.

Hotel was super nice. The staff is very friendly. It was easy to get to. The room was very clean and the mattress was comfortable. My room had great views of the river and bay. You will hear sounds from the docks and boats. However these sounds are soothing to me and didnt wake me up. I look forward to the next time I get to stay.

A great place to stay if you ever happen to find yourself in downtown Mobile. Friendly staff and some great views from the rooms overlooking the harbor and convention center. Very accessible to dauphin street and all the other things that she would want to see while here.

This hotel makes me want to switch back to IHG. Where do I begin…Set check in on app to 12pm. Called to verify room was ready and they said check in wasn’t until 4pm and setting a check in time on the app does no good. Then why have that option? Front desk in a terrible spot with escalator traffic. Impossible to form a line. Got cut multiple times. Mobile key didn’t get assigned. Had to go back down to front desk to get it. Opening up the closet door causes the door latch to get pushed over the door to the room, requiring you to undo it every time. Just barely turning on the water could cause third degree burns. The pool was shut down during a warm month for updating. Wouldn’t a colder month be a better time to update? Motion activated light in room turns on with the slightest movement while trying to sleep. Hot is cold and cold is hot on the shower knob. Elevator inspection past due. This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. I’ve stayed in 3 star hotels better than this. The main thing this hotel has going for it is it’s connected to the convention center

We stayed at this hotel while attending the pre-convention for a 2023 Convention. While the hotel was very good on the surface, a couple of annoyances popped up that night. First of all when we went to freshen up we discovered we had two choices for water, hot and hotter. both taps (and the bathtub and toilet) dispensed hot water. We complained to the hotel. They sent an engineer who told us that there was a problem with the hot water system but if we let the water run (tub at full blast for ~5 minutes) it would eventually cool down. Second, were on the 12th floor on the side facing the Mobile River. The noise, was constant: train whistles, boat horns, motorcycle roars, sirens, etc. Fortunately I can sleep just about anywhere, but the constant noise was an annoyance.

Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are nice. Spacious and comfortable. There was no water available in the room so make sure to carry a bottle or two from the restaurant. Resto bar Fathoms in the lobby was nice. Good food. Situated in the downtown business district. Good access to happening places close by. Lots of sights within walking distance. Parking and valet available. Was a short but very nice stay.
