Love that chicken!!! Can't go wrong here. Food is always good! Drive thru is pretty quick every time I go thru.
The manager was not a very nice person. Not only was she rude to the customers, she was also rude to the employees.We were there at 415 on Friday Jy 1st.I hope the corporate office sees this post. That manager needs to find a new career, not in customer service.
Spicy fried chicken at its best, ask for fresh. (16)l minutes is you have the time, it's worth the wait.
Ordered 30mins in advance securing payment and unfortunately waited another 30 for dinner. Quicker to just use drive thru
To the young man on drive-thru today May 14 @ approximately 11:18 a.m. if you were high on whatever drug and I'm assuming it was Marijuana don't go to work on those days....it's shows. Your customer service was horrible! You reminded me of the typical black female with the bad attitude that don't want to work and therefore it's show in the service provided to customers! It's expected of a black female but you're a black young male cut the attitude..it's not befitting..

I sat at the speaker for a good 5 minutes no one behind me or in front this is 12 noon at lunch time I had to say hellooo...then a guy comes on no apology just how can I take your order then he added food on my ticket that I didn't ask for then I asked him about it his response was yea "I didn't feel like taking it off" I said sir but you charge me for a chicken breast that I did not ask for! Rolls eyes go gets manager she refunds me. Also every time I order a gallon of sweet tea I feel that it's it's a inconvenience for them!!
I just left there tonight, and they were rather busy. It’s Mother’s Day and apparently every mother in Mobile wants chicken, including the mother to my daughter. Hats off to the crew. Bless all y’all!
My 8 year-old had never been to Popeyes before and wanted to try it. We each had the 2 piece meal with fries and she LOVED it. She usually does like fried chicken, but she enjoyed it here. Polite staff, clean restaurant, great fast food!
I spent over 20 mins in the drive thru and no one was inside the store eating, it wasn't clear whether or not the dining room was open so I stayed in the drive thru.Not sure why they were so slow, they seemed to have about 8-10 working from what I could see through the drive thru window so short staffing likely wasnt the issue... my husband's chicken tenders were also not cooked through. He ended up unable to eat them.Their food is also pricey for what it is. A 2 piece meal with just a thigh and wing and 1 side was $10! Seems high but then again prices everywhere are high these days.
