Absolutely unsanitary conditions. Flies everywhere. fried chicken stacked on racks waiting for customer orders to be reheated. The floors and tables visually dirty. The bathroom floors were wet and dirty. Toilet paper wet and sat on sink counter while flies sit on it. Toilet was decent. Cole slaw was awful (Please don't waste your money), cashier had attitude but maybe cultural because she was not rude.
I live about 5 minutes away from this classy joint and my kids love Popeye's Chicken sandwiches which are generally pretty good.Every time I go to the drive-thru because they don't have enough employees to keep the inside of the restaurant open. But that's for a whole different review. They always screw up the order. I guess these people are professional ghetto fabulous because they could care less about the job that they're doing. Extremely management and the employees are not the friendliest people there is at the window. I will either convince my children that this place is closed or drive the extra 15 minutes to a different location. Save yourself some time and money and the aggravation from a simple chicken sandwich or anything else that's chicken and deep fried
Costumer service is awful, cashier was very rude and gave attitude to every customer ordering clearly showing in her face that she did not want to be here. Rushed the order even though there was no one behind us. Employees should be trained better in their costumer service skills.
It cost $28+ for an 8 piece meal with a side of Mac and cheese. The wings were so tiny they didn't even have meat on them. The Mac n cheese was super cheesy and very good. Definitely not worth the money!
I ordered at 6:39 and was forced to wait until 7:20 to receive my pick up order. Despite reminding the workers twice they still forgot my order until I reminded them again. I also ordered spicy and was given regular.
I hate to be so petty to leave a review for a fast food. But on a whim I pulled in here for lunch. Sat in the drive-through for 20 minutes and then drove away. The gal on the window didn't even wave or acknowledge me or even say Hey I'll be right with you. The place should just be closed down. I've seen that happen a couple of times. Moving here from out of state, I'm blown away by Alabama's overall extremely low customer service.
Love the mash potatoes and mac-n-cheese. Spicy chicken and shrimp are awesome. Sweet Tea is great but the gallon bag idea doesn't work for me. Jug would be better.
No stars! Everytime we go to this location, we sit in the drive-thru for 20min, then are asked to pull up for another 20min. Fast food should not take 40min. Horrible service! Also, the dining room is closed to the public, but ha e repeatedly seen the workers with their families inside and multiple employees gathered around with kids, while the drive-thru is backed up and multiple vehicles asked to pull up waiting on food. Needs a complete management overhaul!
I would typically get chicken but in this visit I tried the flounder fish sandwich. The quality of the filet is a nice size and it taste better then most fast food chains filets. If you order, get extra tartar, they only give you a dab ?
This location has very rude staff my husband walked in to pick up an order because he does deliveries and instead of the courteous way of doing it of saying I'm sorry sir but our lobby is closed can you please go through the drive-thru she was very rude and told him he could wait in line like everybody else if the lobby's closed then the doors need to be locked so that people don't walk in for one and also for two as he was walking out he heard her say people think they have the right to just come walking up in here he didn't catch her name but she was working inside on the night of March 12th whether she's a manager or not that is not a way to conduct customer service
