Best chicken in Alabama! The Mac n Cheese is to die for!
Rudest Popeye's in Mobile. Literally the past 4 times I've been here, everyone is rude as hell to me. They've messed up my order twice and couldn't care at all. Make the drive to Schillinger if you want better customer service
Horrible Horrible customer service at Drive-thru. She was so rude that I didn't feel comfortable letting them handle my food! Never again!!
The drive thru cashier had the nastiest attitude. I misheard her, and she snapped at me. I also think she told me, "there are people behind you" when I asked for a moment to look.
Only complaint is it is hard to get to the drive thru lane. Great food

We were just getting in town, and found this Popeyes. The location is laid out crazy so I could not find the drive in entrance. The lighting at night is terrible at this location and my wife and I are both night blind. My wife and I gave up and decided to walk in. Toni met us at the door and told us only the drive-in was open. I ask her how do you get into the drive-in and she felt sorry for us old people and went above the call of duty by offering to fill our order on the spot. Not only that but she helped me save $2.00 on our order by helping me with the Popeye app. Toni put our order together and I can tell you one thing. If I lived within 20 miles of Mobile, AL. It is employees like her that would make me gladly drive to this location to buy my Popeyes. I don't know how much she's paid but she deserves a raise because she's a keeper.
Person at window was not pleasant nor did I receive I of my order after I checked it I normally check my order before I leave the window but I did not want to hold up the line no more

My chicken was old and cold once I got home (less than 5min away) but the dirty rice was still hot? I threw it away plus it want worth going back to attitudes at a drive thru?
