Have eaten there a few times already and they always have fresh food nothing sitting in the lamp and the keep the drive thru moving

Good food but it was a little expensive.I wouldn't recommend this place because it's in bad neighborhood.
My chicken was hard & it seemed as if it had been setting under a lamp for a period of time..my rice was cold & hard...I personally don't remember a time when their food was like this but I tell you..it really was...I was more disappointed than angry..& just lost for words...please fit this!?
I was charged $10+ for 2 thighs and and 2 legs no sides! And all pieces were very small!!
My old lady went to get some lunch when she got back in the car she had a terrible time with the cashier. She ask if they had a chicken & shrimp box I guess she applied no. My girl got irritated cuz she know what she wanted so the cashier said she got loud and wasn't going to take her order. It turn to be the surf & truf box. So I guess the manger took her order is it was still right she got 4 shrimp and the chicken tenders was not cooked she gave her honey mustard she says for ranch. If you don't like your job folks should find something they enjoy period. Mobile folks are getting out of and handle folks food. When I take home food
Horrible service, equated with bad food. Regular drive through time but when we received our family meal the staff could not be bothered with providing anything else. The meal package was missing condiments, napkins, eating utensils and sauces. The staff return to talking amongst themselves and would respond with "what's the problem" each time we had to ask for the items missing from the bag. The lobby was closed and no other customers were being helped and there was one vehicle behind us. We had to wait, awkwardly wave my arms and ask for help. I asked for additional items my request was met with awkward looks, rolling their eyes. One of the members refused to give us forks yelling at us telling us they were in the bag. They weren't. Neither were the dipping sauces we requested 3 times.
Waited 20 minutes in a short line to be told it’ll be 15 minutes on my order, fine. 40 minutes later my order was still wrong & the reason told to me was “o we didn’t have that 3rd leg”. …the whole purpose of me waiting was so I could get what I wanted. The girl shrugged & walked away & I had to get my fussy toddler home with the wrong food. No apology, no manager to come outside since I had my child & the inside was closed
Great location in downtown government street, this place serves up HOT and FRESH food exceptionaly fast. Servers are pleasant and courteous. I always enjoy eating here.
Placed a online order and waited at the window for it only to be stared at by the employees. They could've at least told me that they closed 2 hours early. Worst service by far.
