Do not order from here. Panera isn’t what it used to be. I walked in and they have no one taking orders it’s all done on software. I then ask for a basic bacon, egg, and cheese. It’s absolutely horrible. I told them scrambled and they couldn’t get that right. Bacon looks as if it hasn’t even been cooked.
Lobby was dirty, nobody greeted us as we walked in, and had signs up saying we needed to place our own orders on the kiosk because they had no cashier’s.
Cashier took my order was great @ told me about the special on muffins and the food was great and good and Hot , great price....
Incredibly understaffed store with long lines and overworked employees. Looked to be treated poorly as well. I saw one of the manager's Tom, act very rudely to one of the employees there. I don't recommend, far better places to eat around that treat there workers better.
I love Panera. I work and study here all the time. The employees are awesome.However, this location is poorly maintained, under-staffed, and mismanaged. I’m no expert, but it’d seem important to have an employee actually work the register and have someone else make the food. It’s not uncommon to have long lines of people standing at the cash register, waiting to order, while a single employee frantically takes the orders, makes the specialty coffees, toasts the bagels, and oversees the bakery items.Like I said, I love coming here, but something’s gotta change in the management of this location.
We ordered togo in the store and I was missing my bagel and cream cheese. Instead it was a dry piece of bread sitting unwrapped on top of the rest of the food. They also forgot to make our drinks.
They just kicked everyone out at 2pm so they could close for a managers meeting, seriously? Do that on a weekday or in the back? Plus the other Panera in this area is closed (I know because I went there first)
If you don't have the staff to operate, why the heck are you open? For the price this place is charging for mediocre quality, it would be better just to file for bankruptcy.We waited 30 minutes while one girl ran the register and made bakery products. One girl worked on SADwiches....no, not a misprint. They were sad. Little meat and ingredients on a $11 piece of toast.There's tons of better resturants, in a time when things are getting pricey; and you really want better options.
No bagels at 10 am, but I did enjoy the unlimited green tea ! The order kiosks was nice also and it was very clean
PLEASE DONT EAT HERE.. I ate here a lot in the past and it was ok but yesterday morning I ate there and i noticed my sandwich tasted funny almost like it had hand sanitizer in it.I ate it anyway.I also ate a pecan roll thing.Shortly after that I bacame very nauseous and I have been so sick to my stomach all night long.Every time I think of what I ate I feel even sicker.They did not handle my food properly.No telling what I ate.Also there is a dark headed woman that I suppose is a manager that has been there a long time and she is so disrespectful and rude to the poor workers.Just nasty.Im hoping I dont have to go to the hospital for food poising.I feel awful and I was completely fine before panera yesterday.Just a heads up guys
