OMG!!! This place was horrible!! So I get it, people want the 4th of July off. But don't take it out on the customers. It was around 2 pm, I asked if they were going to make anymore shrimp she said no because they were closing at 4. So I got orange chicken and fried rice, worst worst food
Best Panda Express in the Mobile area. Awesome staff, they are nice and work very efficiently. I love that they cook the fried rice just right every single time. Other ones the fried rice is undercooked. Keep up the great work!
Waited at the drive thru for over 5 minutes before they acknowledged someone was there, despite speaking into the loudspeaker.Refused to take an order based on the fact that "we are closing in 2 minutes and it will take too long". We simply asked for a side order of dumplings to be heated up.The store shuts down at 9. We attempted to order at 8:23. 37 minutes is not 2 minutes. The store was also locked for no reason despite it being store hours.Lazy and pathetic. If you hate working at Panda Express, find another job.
The honey walnut shrimp was good but the peppers Angus steak was totally inedible took 1 bite and tossed the rest, not 3ven my dog would eat it.... then again it wasn't fit for a dog
I will go here when I need a break from the usual homemade sandwich for lunch. Every time I go I am served quickly and politely. And in this area that is saying something. My meals are always correct and hot. Prices are fair for the portion these days. Yes, it is fast food Chinese cuisine but does a good job at it and gets 5 stars for that.
My family and I stopped here on the way home from Florida. We don’t eat here often and my wife had a lot of questions. Vicki helped us and provided excellent customer service! She went above and beyond with her customer service. She was very thorough with explaining each meal item that my wife asked about and offered suggestions. She really made this stop for a bite to eat so much more pleasant!
Need better workers who actually care about there job. They are always playing around and never have any food made. I’m not sure if the owners or manger know what’s really going on with the night shift but they need to be trained better.
This is the BEST panda in Mobile. Our server Madi was so sweet and extra helpful! They will cook it fresh for you if it is getting low. Also it is extremely nice and CLEAN including the restrooms. I will make the drive to this panda vs the others in town where they have gotten my order wrong multiple times!
The worst location in Mobile. This place reminds me of McDonald’s and their broke shake machine. This Panda is always having excuses as to why they don’t have grilled chicken teriyaki. The grill is broke. They never have food and if they do it looks like it has sat there the whole day. Save your money and time and go elsewhere.
Got there about 30 min before they closed they were out of rice and out of three other meals on the menue charged an extra 1$ for the steak and pepper bowl when there was only one piece of steak and the bowl was barley half full and the food was way over cooked and the servers were rude and didn't want to talk about the portion or food quality and shut the glass window on me!! I tried to ask for a manager and called when they shut window on me no [email protected] go figure
