The food here is always hot and pretty fresh and the service is okay too. I will say, if you are going to this restaurant an hour to an hour and a half before closing, beware because you are basically only given the option to order whatever is "leftover" because it seems that they stop preparing new food after a certain time. And if they agree to prepare something for you and you agree to the wait time, just know that whatever time they give you will probably actually take double as long. 10 minutes will actually be more like a 20 minute wait so if you don't have time for that, you may want to pass on the wait times. I have experienced this more than once so just be prepared. Aside from this, it's a good stop.
i want to say i am currently pregnant and leaving this review with genuine concern, and the intentions to notify people that today, july 11 2022, Panda Express was serving undercooked food. i’m not entirely sure if they were just in a rush, not paying attention, having a rough day (i know one staff member left looking like she was crying…), etc…but their orange chicken was completely pink in the middle and not just one piece, it was several pieces. i genuinely think this is a problem, and needs to be looked into. it took them a very long time to prep the food and get everything together again, but still served people under cooked chicken which is extremely harmful. i hope anyone who came in today see’s this and seeks medical attention, mainly because food poisoning caused by undercooked chicken has a LOT of symptoms that can lead to bigger issues. i don’t know if anyones children ate it, i am assuming other food was undercooked due to the rushing as well, and i am praying no other pregnant woman got ahold of the food they handed me. please, do better…
The food was cold!!!!upon delivery- they couldn't be contacted. I had to drive yo the store and explained to them the food was then I was charged for 1extra sauce. I also had the cream cheese stuff DOUGH....they said you ate 2 we can only replace one....I had no choice that was the only thing I could eat. I will never eat or come to that...they where laughing and talking in there language...they are RACISTS AND DIDN'T CARE ABOUT THE SERVICES OR FOOD THEY DELIVERED....
My experience the day I visited was ok. I went inside to order because after reading some reviews posted here I wanted to see for myself. The wait staff was courteous and it wasn't very busy when arrived. The honey chicken was just being set out so it was freshly prepared. I noticed that the super greens was not available. I had a buy one get one free coupon for bowls. The other dish I ordered was orange chicken for my daughter. I also purchased crab ragoon which wasn't sweet but salty. My first visit ever and I think I'll stick with authentic Chinese food.
Eat here all the time, after today I'm done. It taste good when it's freshly made, today the chicken was ok but they gave me rock hard rice, I can hear it crunch when I bite into it lol... oh no no no.
It’s alright they give you good portions of food but if it’s not hot it’s not as good, sometimes the rice have little hard pieces in it or the noodles are kinda dry. I would eat again just rather the food be fresh
I ordered chow mein with my meal. Even though I just saw it come off the line, it was room temp at best. My wife's brown rice was cold, too.
It would be nice if they take the time to listen when you order on drive thru. Rather ringing up my order two separate bills. Also try to make sure the order is correct and not rushed. I like panda Express but the one star is on the person on the headset and the person who does quality check. Not necessarily bad food just that each location varies.
Wanted to celebrate the Lunar New Year with my wife (and use the coupons we got from a different location) and I can confidently say I will not come back! The music was too loud and made it hard for us to hear the person serving our food. The cashier had no idea how to ring up our coupon and had to call someone twice to figure it out. Also, they were out of the following; chopsticks, fortune cookies, and NAPKINS. My wife had to ask for the sauce to go with her egg rolls. The only thing saving this from being one star is that the food was good. Avoid this location and go to one of the others instead!
When you can catch a fresh plate it’s awesome. However this location routinely locks the door early. I. Other words the dinning room is hit or miss. Furthermore they are always “out of “ honey chicken. Not a dependable location for sure and the employees could use customer service refresher course.
