Wonderful experience!! All the food, from the appetizers, to the desserts, was superb! And the serving sizes were large with enough to take home for almost another meal. Service was outstanding by our server, Melissa!! Husband said the schnitzel was as good as what his German mother prepared!

By far the best restaurant in mobile. The prices are decent to low for outstanding food. Rivals some of the best restaurants in bigger cities I’ve been to all over the world. My husband always gets the schnitzel and I usually get the fillet with Gorgonzola cream sauce. Lately I have been getting the schnitzel with the Gorgonzola cream sauce on it! The schnitzel will feed you for a good 3 days. The baked Brie is amazing. This is the only place we will take out of town guests. It is truly the only consistently good food at a reasonable price in Mobile! Always our favorite!!!
This is my second trip to Osman's for dinner and it did not disappoint. It is hard to imagine there would be anything on the menu you could order that would not be delicious. They do an excellent job with food & service. We will be back!
The couple who own this restaurant are very talented and professional, in my opinion. Chef Osman worked as a chef at "The Pillars" years ago, before he and his wife Mirjana started their restaurant in 2000. Mirjana previously worked at "The Radisson", creating toothsome and beautiful European pastries, which she continues to create at their delightful, cozy restaurant. This place is very small and that gives it an extra bit of charm, in my opinion. Be sure to make a reservation -- way ahead of time! They stay busy! I believe we counted a total of eleven tables, consisting of various sizes. You will want to go and you will be glad you went! It truly is fine dining at its best. They have an extensive wine list, in case you consider that part of your fine dining experience. Everything we ordered was very delicious and cooked to perfection. Naturally, the food presentation was also impressive. The salad was an attractive and seriously healthy mixture, with a choice of four different dressings. The rolls were the baked European oval type, and came with a tasty herb-seasoned cream cheese spread. Besides an interesting and tempting menu, they also offer rotating daily specials. Due to the size and nature of their restaurant, they do not have take-out. We made our reservation a week ahead of time. I hope all this info helps. Enjoy!
We had a fantastic meal at Osman's last night. Everything was very good. We had escargot and brie for appetizers. Fork tender veal marsala. A huge, tender Jägerschnitzel. And what I thought was the best dish, perfectly cooked lamb chops with shrimp and a gorgonzola cream sauce added on top. It was so good! I want that sauce again!We ended with a big slice of German chocolate cake that was moist and delicious. From start to finish, this was a wonderful meal. Even the blue cheese dressing on the salad was great. Add in a couple bottles of good wine and our terrific waitress Rachel and this was very easily the best meal of 2022. Highly recommend Osman's!
An upscale dinner in a cozy setting. We had the veal and steak with gargonzola sauce. We didn't get to choose our sides. The steak was tender and juicy. Rachel, our waitress, was great and had a good sense of humor that made dinner even more enjoyable. You have to make reservations in advance. Try to do so at least 2 weeks out. Pricey, but worth the unique experience and exclusivity on special occasions.
I forgot about this restaurant for years. We used to go here lunch from work once a week. Everything is home made. Fantastic bread made fresh weekly. You started with the soup and bread. OMG! Then the main course. Prepared with great care. When you left you were completely stuffed.If you want a meal prepared by a chef, this is the place to go.
We went to Osmans tonight it was our first time.I had the Shrimp Gorgonzola it was delicious!!My husband had the Chicken Parmesan it was also delicious. We took dessert home I had the Cream of Wheat cake omg it's awesome!!! The service was great our waitress Melissa was great!! We will definitely be going again soon!!
Nice place, but the food was just ok. I had the chicken piccata and the chicken was rubbery and there was no breading on it. The noodles were very spicy and the green beans were good, just not enough. The salad was the mix with all the stems it just wasn't good. All stems no lettuce. Service was very nice. Jonathan was an excellent server. It was pricey.
