Our server Jamie was wonderful! She took great care of our table and we had great food and fellowship! Jamie was friendly and helpful and kept everything going at our tale. We will look for her section the next time we are here. Also the manager was great, checking on us and every table. We will be back! 5 stars is not enough.
Ron was my server today. He is an excellent waiter. He was very knowledgeable on the menu items, he provide fast friendly service, and he was very attentive. My food was prepared in a timely manner and hot. Ron made lunch today a great lunch!!!
Airports location is thr best by far that I've visited. As soon as I sat down I was greeted immediately. Ron was my server. I told him that I was having a work related meeting and he said that was fine and offered me a $4 margarita.. the atmosphere was well light and the food was good. Had the bayou tenders.. very yummy. Ronald was amazing will be back..
The bartender, Bri, was our server and she was wonderful! She is bright and cheerful. She made sure our orders were correct and did not mind running back for thing we forgot we needed. They have a great management staff as well. Someone always comes by to check on us when we come in. We enjoy eating at this particular location all the time. Wonderful location for travelers coming off the interstate.
Really enjoyed this spot to eat, the scenery and vibes really set off the place not to mention good draft beer and great food complimented by wonderful service. My waitress I think she said her name was Jess? Beautiful as can be, sweet and very understanding, she did a amazing job and was very patient with me. My compliments to the manager, can't wait to come back.
I ordered the seafood platter, curbside pick up and when I got back to the Hotel, they didn't give me the stuffed that showed to be included on order, not cocktail sauce as was stated on order. I ordered a baked potato but instead got slaw. I called to advise what had happened, I was transferred to another line and no one answered. Very disappointed.
I had a wonderful experience at O’Charleys. Our server was Austyn M, and he gave us the best customer service we’ve gotten in more than a year. We eat out a lot, and we have never seen anyone be so kind, and calm, even through all the endless questions. His customer service was phenomenal! Will definitely be back again, and will ask for Austyn!

We had the absolute hands-down,best time at dinner I think we have ever had!!! Our server, Ronald L. , was charming and FULL OF PERSONALITY. He was attentive, fun, entertaining and extremely knowledgeable of you menu and dishes. The food came out fast and Ronald's personal recommendations were delicious!!! Ronald is a HUGE ASSET to your restaurant and deserves much kudos!! We will definitely be back soon!! Thanks again to Ronald for making this a dinner we will never forget!! ?
