Their drive thru and the employees can't do their job. They need better workers like for real.
Ordered 8 sausage McMuffins and asked for jelly twice, because everytime I come here they're giving me a dry breakfast sandwich. So they give me the bag only 7 sandwiches & they're rushing me to move, I said I'm missing a sandwich & the jelly. The girl takes the bag counts what's in it then comes back and said "ok it's 8, & she put the jelly in there. I drive off get half a mile and it was NO JELLY AGAIN!..
We no longer go there. Due to service, inability to keep menu items in stock, not doing shakes after9:00 pm. And maybe the owner should take a trip by after it gets dark.
Service was excellent, beautiful re-modeling job. Dining area was specular and service was great ?
The Employees were arguing and cursing while they had customers in the lobby & drive thru . It was so unprofessional. I had my GrandSon in the car with Me and I was livid‼️cause he had to witness it .. very unprofessional all the way around ..if it wasn't for my grandbaby wanting a happy meal I wouldn't even patronize them & that Just solidified why I stopped eating there years ago .
Worst McDonald’s ever. Ordered on the mobile app on two separate occasions and was charged for food both times that I did not receive. I was refused a refund. Both times the drive thru workers were rude and and unable to articulate there perspective without being aggressive in there mannerisms and tone. And there “we're no managers”.
I absolutely hate writing a bad review. If it was just 1 or 2x I wouldn't mention it... but it seems every single time I go to McDonald's they have forgotten part of my order, or they never even got my app order but the $ sure was charged to my card! And they are so rude, not a smile or a hello. Not even a Thank You. McDonald's is slipping guys... and getting worse everyday.
Worst place ever!!! You sit in line for over 30 minutes. Then if you ask for a refund because you're running late to work they go hide behind the wall until it's your turn to pull up to the next window and then want to give you your food. They are very rude this is just the most horrible McDonald's I've ever been to
Took forever but the food was fresh at least. I'm sure they were doing the best they could at the time.
Same old tiresome scenario: understaffed, one cash register in operation inside, food finally ready then given to someone else, no ketchup in dispensers but able to give me packets. All this during busy lunchtime.
