One of the few restaurants that still will not let you dine or order inside. Drive thru is always backed up. It's very telling when Whataburger is quicker. Just go elsewhere.
Just left this location they had a long line I had no problem waiting but they didn’t even know what order was mine and almost gave me the wrong order no biggie but then they gave me fries that obviously had been refried because they were warm but super hard and my quarter pounder was not only made wrong but wasn’t even warm by the time I got home and I literally live 2 mins from this location if I could give zero stars I would I will be avoiding this location at night from now on and advising others to do so
Breakfast was not fresh..5/8/22. I rarely ever eat from McDonald's and when I tried, the biscuits were very hard. Please keep in mind that when you begin to just serve yo get through a rush without ensuring food is fresh, uou will lose customers.Timing of orders is certainly a priority in fast food service. However, what you serve must not be prepared or cooked too soon. Waiting on freshness vs quick pick-up & not being fresh is something your management should review.
Great customer service however, for the past 3 weeks, the food delivered in the drive thru has been cold and awful. I don't know if it has to do with the back up in drive thur or if they are preparing too much and just sit there until they run out. Nonetheless,something has to be done about this. I spent $9 tonight and couldn't eat my food
I originally gave them a 2-star rating .....but they deserve less than 1. This is one of the worst McDonald's I have ever been to.
Slowest drive thru on planet Earth. Why have two ordering lanes if you can't handle two lanes? 5 pound bags of sugar with each tea purchase ??? I knew better than to attempt a McCrap...but here we are. ??♀️ Spend more than $9 to qualify for a napkin.
Good location very nice employees of food was cooked to order and brought to us in a timely manner.
I had a craving for McDonald's fries so I ordered a large at this location. I discovered they were stale about halfway home and ended up throwing them in the trash. Also, I felt rushed. The window was closed, in the drive thru, before I got a chance to ask for napkins or ketchup. I don't know if it was just an off day, but this wasn't a good experience.
I went there and ordered my usual 2 sausage McMuffins and hashbrown like I always do and for 2 days straight I only received 1 McMuffin but was charged for 2. It's hard to trust any McDonald's employee that bags the orders nowadays because it's clear they can't read the orders on the screens.
Waited 30 minutes for my curbside order of just fries there was no cars when I got here and they will not answer the phone and the lobby is closed
