I placed and online order today and we sat and waited for a while so I tried to call and no answer so we sat and waited a little bit longer and they brought our food out out. Yes at first I was a little frustrated but I had a migraine and took my meds and needed to eat. Yes it took longer than usual but they were very busy. The guy brought our food out and it was hot and fresh. I was pleased. I have had hit and miss service here but usually it is fine. Too many times people only review when it's bad. So I wanted to take the time and share. All in all it was a great trip with great hot food!
I had to return my order. The management was OUTSTANDING! To those who DO NOT desire to work in the fast food chain, stay away! DO NOT blame anyone but yourself for the decision you make. We ALL are struggling! Some more than others. REMEMBER THAT!
Apparently, they were short-staffed on a Sunday morning.Took much longer than one expects from McDonald's and the order was incorrect when I finally got it.Spoke to the manager.He was polite, apologetic and offered a credit on my next visit.
We had a quickly breakfast there before going back to Houston. It's was ok but the most helpful employee there was the one who was cleaning the floor and help us to check out the order in the machine.
Paid online then they made me pay again then wouldn't give a refund or do anything for m, even after showing them the bank statement. Just go out of your way to burger King or another McDonald's. They are poorly trained and are not willing to fix there mistakes.
I went through the drive through ordered 2, 20 price nuggets. That is 40 nuggets. She said you have enough sauce at the bottom of the bag. I asked for extra sauce and was told they are 28 cents each. Okay, I will pay for 5 extra sauces. At this point I had been in the drive through for more than 15 minutes. The little girl at the window freaked out and ran across the store because a mosquito hawk flew in the window. And left me sitting at the window while a manager came to not find the bug. So I said nevermind have a good night. I got home and looked in the bottom of the overstuffed bag to find 2 sauces.

The employee at the window ask me to pull around to the front door. I had a large order and when the manager/shift leader came out with my order. She said it took so long because it was all cooked fresh. The grub was awesome, per my family and service was awesome ?
I rarely review anything - much less restaurants. But this was truly the worst fast food experience ever. The woman taking our order was beyond rude - she was mean. The food was cold. The shake machine is broken. Just avoid this place and maybe this town all together.
Waited in line for over 25 min and no one ever came on to take our order even tho we hollared to line 1 to get their attention. After almost 40 min we left and couldn't even order for pick-up. Worst experience ever.
