Pretty fast service. Can't comment on anything but my drive through experience. It was positive. Food was cooked well and hot. Decent customer serive on D/T.
Bought 6 drinks for me and my family and every single drink was pure carbonation can’t even drink it. 3 out of 6 meals were wrong, paid for extra servings on a burger and there is no difference than a regular. Try to call to let them know there machines are out and the workers there can’t even answer a phone. Guess they can’t make a correct meal either. By far the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to!
Slow, order was not right. Waited 25 minutes in line. At the price of gas and hamburger price increases not worth the trouble. Fries cold and soggy. A double cheeseburger ordered ended up with a plain hamburger.
I don't usually order fries because I dont like them cold but a friend ordered some and they were hot and had just the right amount of salt. Been wanting some just like those ever since. Went to the other place and ordered fries today and they were cold.
Out of all the ones in our area, this is about the bets when it comes to quality. I've yet to get cold food , old oil, or cold food. Very pleasant other then the Order taking. I go back there when I want McDonald's!!
Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, got a Mac chicken, cold fries and Burnt charcoal for a patty on my double quarter pounder.Also from the window I could see kids playing IN THE KITCHEN. Not sure who the owner is, but come Monday morning he’s not going to have a franchise.
First, I'll say they are short employees.I haven't eaten at a McDonald's in years. I had just picked my daughter up and thought we would drive through and grab some burgers. The drive through was backed up and it took a while to get our food. I live around the corner, so we took the food home. We both got the deluxe chicken sandwich meal.Well, the buns were burned on the inside. The fries were limp. The size of the sandwich was extra small. Both the meals ended up in the trash. Now I remember why I don't eat at McDonald's.
Excellent food if you can get there on a day when the manager is a young lady named Lailie. She fixed my order, no problem. She was very curteous, unlike the time when another manager flat out told me if my order was wrong, it was my fault. (I think her name was Ashly) I almost didn't go back after my experience with her. She is very rude to her employees. The food is fresh almost every time I go. Good job. Just get that one thorn outta there and I'd give it 5.
Twice this week I have gotten breakfast from ya'll....on Thirsday I got a breakfast burrito it was so hard on the ends you couldn't eat it.. this morning I got pancakes and sausage had to wait for it for 10 mins while yall prepared it...got home and it was just pancakes no sausage. Called the location to male a complaint with Manger and they will not answer..
Staff was friendly, food came fast and was hot and correct! Best McDonalds in Mobile!
