@McDonald's when I pay for a medium cup of coffee, I would like just that... not coffee water.This has happen on several occasions....do better!Thanks!
My kids absolutely love McDonald’s and I want to like it as well but the obscenely lengthy wait times make it a love-hate relationship. I’ve tried ordering through the drive through, I’ve used the mobile app and always end up waiting 20 minutes or more for a happy meal. The mobile app is frustrating because I order when I’m leaving my daughters practice about 10 minutes only to arrive and find out they don’t even start my order until I park. Kind of defeats the purpose of the Mobile app. I sit and watch people go through the drive-thru and realize they’ve arrived after me, ordered and received their food. The lobby orders are pretty quick but the lobby smelled awful the last time I was inside. Definitely not a something I would want to smell when trying to enjoy my food. Hopefully that was just temporary.
Never buy drinks here kept asking 4 times what I wanted to drink employees don't know what they are doing .I will not visit this McDonald's again.we will got to the McDonald's on airport Road in mobile Alabama the employees at this one know what they are doing
Nobody answered when we went through the drive through so my husband went in. The employees inside said they were closed. Online it says 24 hours. He then said he went through the drive through and asked if it was open. Nobody responded, so we proceeded through the drive thru again only to be ignored once again. I hope the district manager sees thus and realizes how much business his employees are turning away. I can't even give them a star.
Fries were cold, 1st order was totally incorrect and then received sass from the girl behind the counter when I told her. Hell, why not give me new fries as well that weren’t soggy and literally cold at the same time since every other thing about my order was screwed up.. last time I’ll ever be back to this location. They are 0-4 (at least) on being able to take a simple order. Go anywhere else people..
It could be the lack of staff, but the dining room was disgusting. The floor was so greasy in the lobby that it was slippery. The restaurant smelled of old grease, the rugs were dirty. The food was decently warm and the lady who took the order was friendly.
It took us over 5 minutes for someone to answer us at the drive thru... this was after waiting in line 20 minutes with 2 people in front of us. My iced coffee was nothing but French vanilla creamer.
This place gets worse n worse every time I go there?! First off waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes didn’t even get to order so I went in and ordered and lord people were coming in there saying they have been waiting for an hour for 14 nuggets!!! Like r u kidding me!! Then they messed my order up missing a burger so they got it threw it in the bag and get home and open it and no actual burger just the bun and cheese like how hard is your job!! You get a cheeseburger with no burger wow!!! Meanwhile like 5 people just standing around doing NOTHING! You can’t get service here!!!
Drive thru cashier was nice. Food was good and hot! Pleasantly surprised ?!
Took 45 mins and they didn't have my already paid for order for curbside. Every single time we go they mess it up
