My daughter had a migraine and got very sick outside I thought that maybe a cheeseburger or something could help her she takes a medication that makes her not hungry and sometimes gets bad headaches there were two managers that were so very kind and compassionate to me they had saw my daughter get sick on the video before I even came in they were already getting things ready they gave her a sprite cheeseburger french fries chicken nuggets you name it they got it for her at no charge we need more people like this in the world to understand that we are all one under God and he wants his people to love and treat others as you would want to be treated I must say that was an experience I’ll never forget the love and compassion that was shown on May 14, 2022 @ 8:27pm order number 54 May God continue to bless these women and their understanding of being a mother n compassion shown to help her feel better It was so very touching

Why do customer service have to be horrible at the some fast food places.
Stopped in this morning for breakfast. Asked for mcmuffin and unsweet tea. I got sweet tea. I tried it before i left the parking, it was sweet tea. Walked back in to ask for unsweet tea the lady argued with me said i ordered sweet tea she didnt even take my order. It really doesnt matter im diabetic i cant drink sweet tea, rude will never come here agian. Its been over an hour and i still feel like someone stold from me.
Very few places still have a playground inside. I took my grandchildren to McDonald's for a quick bite not expecting to find a playground. Fortunately we had time to let them play. I recommend McDonald's on Azalea.
Employees were pleasant, my order got messed up, but they fixed it no problem. Exchanged for a Caramel Frappe! yum!
No cream and sugar for my coffee then the girl lied and said it was some in the bag
The girl visibly was becoming agitated because I wanted an iced coffee plus the drink that came with my meal. She threw her arms in the air. Then I told her I would like vanilla and she told me she already put caramel. She throws her arms up in the air again. Yeah, it’s just McDonald’s but there’s no reason to become visibly agitated because someone is just trying to order food.
