Went there today Monday about 5 o'clock young lady working at the front taking orders not friendly I asked several different questions with no answers. We love the marco's pizza in Pennsylvania. After moving back down here we thought we would give this one a try. The pizza was so greasy There was no crust because of all the grease. We were going to dine in but it was so nasty tables were dirty trash all over the floor. I knew it was a bad mistake then. Waste of money pizza went in the trash along with the cheesy bread.
It was ok, I'll stick with my favorite God Father's they actually put toppings on your Pie.
Their pizzas have been pretty good. They have been hit by the chicken wing shortage but the pizza and cheese sticks make up for it. The service has been friendly and direct. I'm fine with that.
Made an order at 7:48 and the ap indicated that my pizza would be delivered at 8:50. It is now 9:34, my pizza has been making its way here for 34 minutes now and I only live 5 minutes from the store. There is no way to contact the driver to see if they are lost and need help with directions.
Great tasting pizza, which is rare these days. Wide variety of toppings. Friendly service. Highly recommended.
Serving pizzas with boxes from off the floor is unacceptable and they very very very slow

Started calling 4pm til 7:30pm. A recording says, they are on phone leave a message. They were pretty long winded. I've always ordered from here never had reason to complain. If I could give 0 star I would. If they change things& people I may go back.

I love Marcos, I usually never have an issue, however tonight I ordered, online it said my order would be delivered at 5:33 well it’s 6:30 and I don’t have my pizza. I called and the manager said he had no delivery drivers and he was getting ready to head out with all the orders. So now I’m going to have a cold pizza! I get that they’re short handed lack of employees, what I have an issue with is they could at least notify you that your food is going to be an hour late, I order from here a lot but who likes cold food? I’ll continue to order cause I really do like their pizza but they should keep in contact with customers about their orders. My order was deliver at 7:30pm and I ordered at 4:27pm
