The server was very nice, but the food left something to desire. One of our party had order his steak medium rare and when he cut into it, it was raw. The portions are good size, but the selection of side items are few.
Man, where do I begin!? My experience here was EXCELLENT! The crowd was a little heavy, but thank to calling in ahead and making use of the mobile wait list, seating was a very small wait time. The service was simply FANTASTIC! Waitress was VERY welcoming, friendly and attentive. And the meal was prepared and served very quickly. And let me just say, the whole course was phenomenal! The Renegade Sirloin cooked medium well was delicious, very flavorful and juicy. The Shrimp Skewers were equally juicy, sautéed and seasoned to perfection! Served with an additional butter sauce, these babies seemingly melted in my mouth, and perfectly complemented my sirloin. As for the sides, my loaded baked potato was filled to the brim with melted cheese, bacon bits and chives. And Shrimp and Lobster Chowder was equally delicious, very smooth yet hearty, with generous chunks of lobster and shrimp. All in all, a veritable 10 out of 10 here, HIGHLY recommended for a casual dining experience! Perfect for date nights or other special occasions! I will be frequenting here often.
Went here last night for a family member’s birthday. I order a ribeye medium and it came out raw . We had to go and find our waitress after 20 mins of her not coming back to the table . Asked for new mashed potatoes being that the blood from the raw steak leaked into them . Being that it took so long I asked her when it’s ready could she just pack it to go for me . Well needless to say , they just scraped the whole plate into a Togo box and did not remake my mash potatoes. I read the reviews before hand and thought I’d have a better experience, I was wrong ?.
I had the Flo’s filet 9oz with mashed potatoes and a caesar salad. Steak and salad were good but mashed potatoes were cold and when i took a bite i had a glop of butter. I had asked for a glass of wine at arrival and not once did the bartender ask if i wanted anything else.Due to it being Valentines day I had to eat at the bar because it was a two hour wait. Anyway spent two hours there with only one glass served. Not even given water.

Went here for my birthday. And for a curbside steak it was delicious! I was absolutely pleased the flavor I only wish the temperature of the food was hotter by the time we got home some of the items needed to be warmed up but other than that not a bad experience.
We have went here quiet a few times since living in Alabama but the last 2 times has not been good at all. The waitress both times has failed to give service such as refilling drinks, bringing out food at the right time, and the steaks both times was prepared incorrectly. When you wait 45 mins for a table you would except to at least get waited on and your food cooked correctly. After waitress brought our food out on this last visit really did not see her again not to even get a refill on drink.
My wife and I ate here Sunday and, once again, the food and service was excellent! Wild West shrimp was good - not quite up to normal as the forgot to add peppers. The server went and got some for us but it didn’t quite work as well. Both of our NY strips were excellent and the service was awesome!One note. They have instituted a new wait service so that you can see where you are on the wait list. Great idea and made the 30 minute wait much easier.Highly recommend!
Worst experience ever. First time and last time, the server was slower than a sloth, I can understand if the restaurant was super busy but sadly it wasn't. Took over 10 minutes for me to get a drink when I told the server I want my drink to come out when my food was brought out, then waited another 10 minutes for a straw. Food wasn't up to par. And to top it off the server mixed mine and my buddies cards up took them over 15 minutes to get that fixed, the manager was helpful but still no star for this place to be rated. And when we were all leaving there was 8 to 10 servers up front just talking and having a good time including our server. Sorry but this place should either fire there no good lazy good for nothing just there for a paycheck not caring about customer service servers or just go out of business. This place will never get my business ever again. I don't recommend any to eat here. Only adding one star because it won't let me do none even though they don't deserve any.
This is a very nice steakhouse restaurant. The steaks here are tender, moist and delicious. I like the fresh bread they give each table before the meals are ready. Their soups, salads and mushroom appetizers are delicious also. The staff are nice and keep everything clean and pleasant so you can enjoy dining in here.
