My daughter and I wanted to try bubble tea or boba or whatever, so the wife talked us into going to Kurabi's. Small shop, but very busy. I ordered a Pina colada smoothie with boba pearls, daughter ordered a strawberry smoothie with boba pearls and my wife ordered something that I can't remember.....with pearls. They're were surprisingly good. The Pina colada smoothie tasted like it should have and the pearls gave it an added texture. They were odd, at first. They're soft and chewy, but don't have much of a flavor. We all loved our drinks and will revisit the store again.If you go to experience the pearls, make you get one of the bigger straws. Oh, and start drinking it slowly. I did experience brain freeze and my first pearl caught me off guard when it hit the back of my throat. After that, you kind of expect them to come up the straw.
Best milk teas in the mobile area
Drinks are great, but a little too sweet. Had the rose milk tea and while the flavors were on point, the amount of sugar really overpowered every other note. Wife got the Kurabi tea, which had a great malty, chocolaty tea mix, but was also cloyingly sweet, which inevitably overpowered the tea itself. Note: some of the milk teas cannot have their sweetness reduced, only increased. Aside from the high sugar content, would definitely recommend.
All of the teas I have had are delicious. I love the boba and lychee to go on the bottom.
I love the atmosphere and the fraps! The staff are so kind and seem to care about the customers making sure to meet every Individual need of each customer's request. Great group of employees and great dink artists!

I love this store, I come here all the time with my partners.The staff are super nice and helpful. More than willing to give recommendations if you're having trouble choosing and they have several different options for everyone's taste. I love the anime/ gamer aesthic and love that outside of their drinks you can buy snacks and merch. (Plushes, stickers, etc. They rotate very frequently.)They also have an art wall for people to post their fanart/ normal artwork.I highly recommended!(Sorry for lack of drink pictures, I get so excited over the plushies I forget to take them!)
? customer service.Called in a pick up order and asked for extra tapioca. They said they could not do extra because “they were running low.” I told them that was fine and I’d just take the regular amount. I also ordered two other teas. I told them I’d be there soon because they were about to close. When I got there, they told me they did not make the teas because “they lost my order.” I told them what I ordered and they said they couldn’t make it because they just ran out of tapioca.. after I placed the order.
It's expensive. The peach smoothie (which is more like a slushy, not smooth like a milk based smoothie which I can't stand) was so good! The staff was friendly ans service was fast as well. It was $13 for 2 large drinks.
Best place EVER!!!! The girl that took my order was so nice and very professional! Her name is Lexi. I recommend this place to everyone. They have a large selection to chose from too.
