If I could give 0 stars I would.. they didn’t hear my order right and when I corrected it after they rang it up the manager was mad… then decided to ignore us for over 25 minutes and served everyone else they could! When I inquired the woman running the drive through got an attitude with me as well! Terrible terrible service, restaurant was dirty as well!

This place is horrible!! They will not take your order at night. Tell you it's going to be 15 to 30 minutes for your order. That's because they are on their phones or outside on break. Very rude people. Do not order food here.

The krystals in tilmans corner was very saddening... When i drove up to place my order the employee was like yea what chu want.... And after i gor to the window some of the employees were on their phones and talking amongst themselves... When i asked how much longer the girl.said it will be done when they get it done and rolled her eyes at me.... The food was poorly put together and even my junkyard fries were cold and stale
Went to krystal in Louisiana and order a cheeseburger and the lady was like ok and plus ordered the box of burgers so when I went to pay and parked to eat my food the cheese burger was the small one so I go back inside and as them I ordered a cheeseburger the manager was very rude and nasty so was her employees that was working there and I will never return there again
I have been to this location three times in the past few weeks. Two of those times I was told that they were in the middle of a shift change so it would be 15 minutes before they could even take my order. Today, there was one employee sitting outside smoking and another inside mopping the floor. There was not a single vehicle ahead of me in the drive through. I pull up to place my order and an employee came over the speaker to tell me, “Before you place your order, just know that it will be a 15-20 minute wait.” I asked why. I was then told, “There are only two of us here and we are trying to get the grills together.” This is absolutely ridiculous. Owner/management needs to address this, unless you are purposely trying to run your business into the ground. For the record, I know multiple people who have experienced the same service. Not to mention all of the horrible reviews you have already received.
This place needs to be shut down. The nasty female cook was half naked in a thin sleeveless spaghetti strap tshirt with her armpits exposed over the grill cooking. The window was so nasty and greasy it was pathetic. I have pics if you are interested in seeing them before the health department does.
Not the cleanest place. Like a lot of places, it’s probably the lack of help. But the workers were very friendly. And the food hot. However, I’ll be passing next time.
