The glazed donuts were good and warm, but the chocolate sprinkled donuts were cold. Ordered a frozen vanilla caramel mocha (which was on the menu), and the cashier looked at me like I was crazy. Gave me an iced coffee. It was good, but it wasn’t what I asked for.
12:51 am and was first told that the system was down. and when i told them i would wait,and asked about some special doughnuts they offer the lady in drive thru told me that they didn't make anything other than original glazed at night. 1st the website gives option to order said special doughnuts. And 2nd i saw about 100 or so filled doughnuts on the rollers. And there was nothing about only original glazed in drive thru either. I am personally disappointed at the deception.
Omy gosh I love Krispy Kreme. I did accidentally leave my frappe. Was looking forward to trying it.
There’s one lady at this Krispy Kreme with really short hair that constantly ruins my experience here. She refuses to listen, fills up out box with donuts we don’t ask for, and then gets upset when she’s corrected. Then she’s extremely rude afterwards and will be petty with customers after us.

Workers were not social distancing while boxing donuts. Extremely loud and rude. Like I was a inconvenient customer who was disruptive of there private conversation.
I checked online to see if they would be HOT ? NOW and it said from 6am to 11am they would. It opened at 0600 and they definitely were not hot nor did they have half the doughnuts on the website. I used to love Krispy Kreme but they were so much better growing up in Jacksonville, FL than they have ever been in Mobile, AL. Waste of time and money.
The best ! love the doughnuts,but I do wish the manager would teach employees how to do senior discounts. It’s not a lot ,but if you offer it you should do it . apparently if management is on break or away the employees can not do it .

It's Krispy Kreme. They're great! It appeared when we were there that they gave kids with good report card grades a free donut for every A (I'm guessing As). Which is super nice and fun for the kids.
