I ordered one sandwich..... that's it. Told me to wait in the parking lot and they'll bring it out to me. Took 15 minutes for someone to walk out with a bag then go to every car in the parkinglot and drive through asking their order to get me my food.
Last night June 1st I ordered the 25.00 fill up meal. Only got 1 mashed potato and gravy,there was barely enough gravy and out of the 8 PC of original chick. the 2 wings were so overcooked you couldn't even pull any meat off,they were very dark and hard. The 2 breasts were so undercooked the meat was very tough and hard to pull apart,the breading was barely cooked and the breading that was on there was pale and mushy. The legs and thighs were perfect,but I don't eat dark meat and was hesitant for anyone to eat any chicken due to the undercooked breasts. Coleslaw was exceptional. Ive tried calling the store today but all I get is static on the line or busy signals. I'd really just like my meal replaced. Thank you
The lady working night shift on 5/30/2022 was SUPER rude. She yelled at just about everyone that came up to the speaker and was even more rude at the window. To make matters worse, every car got pulled up, which makes you wonder if they had anything ready. It’s never the customer’s fault that you’re working on a holiday. But according to what others say, she’s belligerent and on edge like that all the time, so it must be a mental problem. Anyways, won’t be back to say the least. Stay away unless you wanna get yelled at and pulled up every time you come. Oh and my mac and cheese was cold. Like just pulled out of the fridge and sat on the counter for a while cold. *UPDATE* Found out the sad excuse for a manager’s name is Latanya. She needs more training on customer service skills to run a store because obviously she hasn’t been trained properly.
The drive thru lady on 5/30 was extremely rude. It was not my first encounter she needs to be fired and this location has went downhill and soon will be closed if this does not change. No food is never ready whenever you come here you always have to get pulled up and wait 30 min for food. Understand it was a holiday and u would’ve liked to been off but maybe u need to work another profession because fast food is not for you Latanya.
You're asked every time to pull up and the food takes about 20 minutes to come out. The manager (last name Williams as of 5/30/22) is extremely rude when you're making your order. Had enough, will never go back. Tried several times to have a normal experience.
This was a horrible visit. They are pulling every car to make drive thru times and when I was there there was 8 cars pulled up. When i finally got my order i was missing my sides (fries) and when I told the person running drive thru who brought out my order they went inside and came out. Fries were ice cold and the sandwiches that are advertise as cooked fresh when you order it was lukewarm at best. Horrible visit! I wont be back to this location.
One of the manager at this location is very very rude.Had to leave and go to another location because of her rudeness. I wouldn’t be complaining but this not the first time this happen
Latanya, the manager, took my order when I arrived. I know she had worked from the morning to the evening and she was as vibrant and as welcoming as one could be. I thoroughly enjoy KFC, however, it is because of Latanya’s positive attitude and customer centric approach that I will become a repeat customer. Thanks Latanya!
Ordered a number five hot wing combo.. The manager told me my food would be out in two minutes I patiently waited just to be sitting in the parking lot for fifteen minutes and not hot but warm food as if it sat before being brought out
Food is always cold have to wait so long in the Drive-Thru it's just not worth going anymore and by the way why have that big old restaurant and only use the drive-thru can't even walk into the lobby anymore COVID pandemic is over with but still can't walk inside KFC
