Fast service, and the chicken wasn't dry.
Service was very poor and food dry and greasy. Was very disappointed.
Very expensive you have to spend a lot to get a little and they call it a meal deal
Sign say they close at 10. Pulled up at 9:40, not a staff in sight. Looks they were hiding in the back. No manager on night shift? No problem, went buildings over to Popeyes who took my order without a problem. Sunday, 1/23.
Food was under cooked and not up to kfc standards. First and Last time eating at this location.
Got 3 inedible famous bowls the chicken tasted like nasty old grease tiny bit of gravy on 2 of the bowls and none on the 3rd. The potatoes corn and cheese was very sour it tasted spoiled not sure if it was the cheese or what bit left an unpleasant taste in my mouth. WILL NOT BE GOING HERE AGAIN!!! I do not recommend this location to anyone I wish I could give no stars.
Biscuit was still dough. Wasn't even beown on top. I mean how hard is it to make sure a biscuit is.done especially since that is one of the things people come to KFC to get.
Seems like every time we go here someone messes up our order. It gets old after a while. I live 20 minutes away and it's not worth the money or the effort to go back when they mess up a $5 order. I think people need to be retrained and their job and I think that the managers need to take pride in their work. I'm very disappointed. And probably will not return to KFC for a while.
Terrible customer service and attitude from entire store. Pulled forward for fresh 8 piece, quoted 8 minutes. Waited 20 minutes while multiple cars went by, once drive through was empty the staff stood at window staring at our vehicle and when we pulled back, we were told it would be another 9 minutes because he gave our food away and didn’t want to serve us anyways. I believe the mans name was Tye.
