I've never been to a slow Jimmy John's before, but here it is. Very bad customer service, the cashier didn't speak a word to me and just looked very annoyed that I came there to buy a sandwich. I know working low wage jobs like this isn't great, but just saying hello would be nice. I at least got my sandwhich, so I'll give it 2 stars for that. The restaurant was at least clean as well.
Is this place open anymore? Went in the middle of the day on a Saturday and it was closed. If you can’t be open on Saturday during lunch when are you open?
They forget the drink in my order about every other time I order. Say they will go get it and come right back and never return. When I call to check on it, the number is busy.
Ordered online so zipped right by the 100 people standing in line after a parade. Order was correct so no complaints.

Loved the Cuban lettuce wrap. So fresh and tasty! Would prefer more diet drink choices and the guy loading the chips on the shelves needed to wear his pants over his underwear instead of below them lol

I will not be eating from this jimmy johns anymore i ordered food offline went to pick it up my drink was watered down didn't get my order right and the staff was very rude when i asked them to remake it
Ordered from here because of claims of being “freaky fast.” After placing my order and waiting more than 45 minutes I had to walk to the store to retrieve my order. When I walked in, the order was sitting on the counter and the employee just handed it to me with no apologies or anything. This has happened twice at this location. It’s only 2 blocks away and I only get 30 minutes for lunch. I’m writing this as I wait again for the third time for my lunch to be delivered (47 minutes right now). Last time JJ!
I went yesterday and actually had a line. I was so glad to see it too. I really want this location as I am so glad to have them in Tillman's Corner. The service was so friendly as always!!
