Walked into their location Sunday around mid-day, the employees behind the counter were just standing there like they were frozen to that spot. No “Welcome to Jimmy John’s” from either employee. So one of the girls slowly made her way to the cash register and just looked out side, not once did she say a word. Ordered my food and again just a since of the employee did not want to be there at all. The entire staff had the exact same attitude.I look at it not being their fault but that of the leadership who hired them. There are certain training requirements each store, restaurant or business are to complete and ensure the the personnel they hire comply with.Apparently this business does not follow the hiring and training practices of Jimmy John,
Ordered using the app and my sandwich was ready when I walked in. My food tasted delicious!! All of the toppings were fresh, and the crew was nice
They ignored literally every customized thing I asked for on my sandwich (several very simple things) and since i had it delivered, it couldn't be corrected. Won't be back, this is the worst JJs I've ever been to and I've never had a bad experience at a JJs before.
Great experience and another delicious sandwich. They called to keep me updated and let me know would be a little longer. I was ok with that. I've always had great food from this jimmy johns and will continue to go here. Delivery driver was very nice and courteous. Thank you!
Very bad online order experience. One star for CSR that took my info to cancel the order. I cancelled because it took them over an hour to acknowledge my order. When I called, didn't sound like they were getting to it anytime soon. Now the wait is to get the cancellation confirmation and God knows when will the refund arrive. Very disappointed!
Jimmy John's is always fast, fresh and tastes great! They have good French bread, wheat bread, Lettuce wraps and a good selection of sides too.
First time ever eating at Jimmy john’s …. To be honest I don’t like it at all.. Bread was hard and cold I’m sticking with fire house… I just trying them out for the first time. Sorry
Ordered online from them 3 different times and each time it took an hour and a half or more each time. Decided to give them a 4th try tonight and waited 2 entire hours before calling to see what happened to my order and they claim that they tried to call me 3 times to say they didn't have a delivery driver. But guess what! I never had a single missed call or voicemail from them and neither did my partner . I'm extremely angry as I had ordered the food for my partner at work who's unable to leave their place of work for lunches.
This is literally happening at this moment. I am a LOYAL Jimmy John's customer. I have an account I order VERY frequently. As a matter of fact, I used to WORK at Jimmy John's, so I know how everything should go. Usually no problems with wonderful customer service.However, today I'm ordering from a different location which is on airport. I ordered at 12:13 order received at 12:14 . Hasn't even gone out for order and it's 1:36. I haven't eaten since yesterday. So now I'm not only hungry but I'm hangry and a woman ? Not to mention I can't even call the location to just CHECK on the order.Ok so Cozmo showed and he was so beautifully courteous to me. I feel bad for this review now. I'm giving Cozmo a four out of five. He told me he knew I'd been waiting long and he apologized and they offered me a free sub. Poor guy they only have two drivers rn happy woman now. Thank you Cozmo‼️
