Order wrong, over priced.We were supposed to get a regular Italian on wheat with extra meat and no oil & vinegar. For $12, we got a 6" on white with some extra ham, slathered in vinegar.I called the manager to let him know what happened. I didn't want anything but a "I'll check into it". Didn't even get that.The Gargantuan at Jimmy John's is just down the street and it costs less.I'll go there from now on.
Was delicious as always. I usually get the club sub or the Philly! Super quick service and definitely my favorite sandwich place!
Went by there on 2/27 during the evening time , worst customer service experience I’ve had at any jersey mikes. The two girls working were rude, and not very friendly. The food is delicious, but the customer service needs to be adjusted.

If we I wasn't living in a world of snowflakes and cancel culture. I would slap somebody's momma after eating my turkey sub. J Mike's sub are the best.
Never makes it as I ask pay for extras and never get it try to call before I place the order to just remind them but they NEVER answer the phone call and see for yourself or better yet they take the phone off the hook
I’ve been in this location twice. Both times they’ve closed before closing hours. Employees seem as if they just hate their jobs and is very rude to customers. My last visit they actually let me in and had a attitude saying they were out of everything so they wouldn’t have to make my sandwich. I was livid and tried to keep calm. Whoever the manager is at this location need to have a staff meeting and train every employee on how to maintain great customer service. Also, if the sign says you close at 9. Why are the closing employees closing at 8 and 8:30 pm?? Confused!! This location sucks!!!! I recommend not visiting this location anytime between 8 and 9pm!
I love their subs but last 3 times I've been they say they don't have wheat bread. That's ridiculous! If you selling that much wheat bread make more wheat than white.

It was easy to order with the app and use curbside pickup. I had a mini turkey & provolone sub Mike's way, no onions, plus mayo. It was really delicious and the perfect portion. Next time I'll get a bag of chips... because really, a sandwich just needs some chips.
